Sam is who helped me. She was very sweet, helpful and informative of everything. She was eager to assist me with any of my questions/needs!

Absolutely love this place. This is my go to store for all my sexy needs. Only store in the area that I know of that sells this type of stuff and every time I go in I always feel welcomed and not judged.

Went to Sara's Secret just out of curiosity and there was this female employee named Grace who was very enthusiastic when I came in the store and very eager to answer any questions I had. I was a little dismissive to her at 1st because I was more curious about male products but I very quickly warmed up to her when I realized just how knowledgeable she was with everything in the store. Grace was absolutely incredible and everything she recommended to me was a great purchase. I highly recommend you ask for Grace!

Went there to check out Sara's Secret. Not opened at 7:45 p.m. on a Wednesday. What gives? Waited a few minutes and the Sales person, Dean was next door on a break and had locked up for a few minutes. Dean was very helpful and a great counselor and salesperson. Put me immediately at ease since I was a bit nervous. Answered all my questions in a very non judgemental way and with a sense of humor.

Came in with a friend on a whim just to be curious and Grace was AMAZING. She was so knowledgeable and sweet and had extremely helpful advice for a wide array of topics. If you go ask for her because she just ugh she made our experience 100% better.

I hate that I could only give 5 stars Brandye deserves 5 more for her amazing customer service skills! Not only did she lead me in the right direction but also took the time out to educate me about the product which made me feel 100% more confident with my purchase thank you!!!

Store is really nice and employees are pretty helpful. Came in for BDSM gear and the employees were able to answer any questions I had.

Extremely bad customer service there was only one person working there and was on their phone the entire time did not help us with anything and got very mad when I (a pretty small person) tried to look at plus size things for one of my friends, overall terrible experience.

Wanted to check it out. This location supposedly opens at 10AM. Stopped by here the other morning at 11:30 AM. Go to open the door and it's locked. Laminated sign on the door said "Back in 5". They just opened but ok. So My wife looks through the door and the clerk standing behind the counter makes eye contact with her and then she DUCKS and hides behind the counter. Weird. My car is parked right outside the door, clerk comes out makes eye contact with us AGAIN, doesn't smile or wave or suggest they are open, she just stares and then goes back inside and takes the sign off. I just left
It's ok because there is a really nice store literally around the corner and they were actually open and didn't hide from a customer and all too happy to help us.

A friend bought some lingerie for me as a wedding gift and spent a bit of money. She left receipt in bag and was told I could return or exchange, boxes are sealed they have not even been tried on as I know I cant wear a Small, i called the store and there is a no return policy, that's too bad i will also no longer shop there.
They are sealed! Whatever wouldn't even offer an exchange for a larger size, $200 wasted.
