Went in to cricket today to refer a friend they were nothing but nice awesome customer service. Very friendly got us in and out. I have been with cricket since 2015 and have had awesome service have never had a problem with them. Everytime I go in a cricket store they are always awesome and friendly

Angela, the sales manager on duty, was absolutely fantastic as a older friend had to navigate reinstating a mobile account. She was patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping her.

It was a pleasure working with Zachary at the location he was very knowledgeable and did not try to oversell me. We had spoken earlier in the morning and when I got to the store we did exactly what we talked about and during the process he was very instrumental in helping me to make very knowledgeable decision. He exceeded my expectations.

Today August 27, 2018 I switched from Android to iPhone (last one was a 3GS and now I have a 7 plus). My brain was toast from a classic Monday but Ana took care of the whole set up, bouncing back and forth phones and the SIM cards. So patient with my frazzledness. Such a great employee! I also bought a charger and it worked like a charm. Happy customer.

They helped get us transferred and help set up our phones, hbo for us, and let us know how to save extra money! Definitely going to make this our new home store.

Awesome customer service. Maka and her boss helped me switch my phone. which was not easy and just was gonna buy a new one but they fixed the problem with the SIM card and I was able to still use my own device😂

Excellent customer service, kind sales reps, and a pretty great selection of phones at reasonable prices. They offer financing on the more expensive phones and offer water to customers on hot days. I will be returning.

Store manager Ashley Mcgee, although she was the only one in store she had more than 5 customers come in at one time and still managed to exceed expectations!! Highly recommend!

Went to Bryant Irvin store after a dismal experience with Granbury store and had a very good professional experience with this store. Granbury needs to lock their doors.

(no more metro ever!!). HE TRANSFERRED MY HUSBAND'S OLD PHONE TO HIS NEW PHONE FOR FREE AND SAVED US A TON OF MONEY ON OUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO HERE!!!
