Job Mongare M.D.

Dr. Mongare is a one-of-a-kind, smart yet compassionate Neurologist. I have M.S. and chronic dibilating migraines, as well as old spinal (gymnastics) injuries now haunting me as an adult. He actually listens and works with you to try alternative meds or treatments and get the tests needed to properly diagnose. His nurse, Mary, is also amazing! I am so grateful for their help and compassion, and their persistence to find the best treatments to help me live a more comfortable, normal life. Their office is truly a hidden gem in Athens, TX!

I took my sister for a new patient appointment and the receptionists, nurse and the Dr were extremely accommodating, patient, professional and knowledgeable. Most specialists do not have good bedside manner but Dr. Mongare is one the most professional, compassionate, observant, interactive, knowledgeable physicians I have ever encountered in my 31 years of being a nurse. Very pleased and would recommend to any of my family, friends or colleagues.

Best doctor my husband ever had. He cares about his patients and always treats us very well and makes sure we understand everything. His office staff are great also they handle all our needs very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dr Mongare is a wonderful doctor. A very smart man that cares and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He's 5 stars..... his receptionist is 1 star at best. You can expect the best from the Dr and the worst from his receptionist. I have been left on hold multiple times for 30 mins or more.

Dr. Mongare is the best. In a time of real fear for my husband, Dr. Mongare was right there for us and went the extra mile to listen and react. He cares about the patient and the family. We are so grateful to him for his help. Love this Dr.

Love this guy. He understands what TBI is like and how to deal with it. He is always polite and welling to help. Glad he is there for my wife and I. He helped my wife when others gave up on me.

The kindest doctor and staff. He takes his time to diagnose and listens to patients concerns. Highly recommend for nerve damage issues.

I think he is an excellent doctor. I have been dealing with a lot of memory problems since a horse accident. He has done and is doing everything he can. He has the best bed side manner and frankly I wish he could be my PCP and all of my other doctors.

AWESOME DOCTOR, The nurses there are on it, they go out of their way to make sure their patients have what they need, not like some Dr offices that make you wait,best experience with a Dr office ever! .
