Helpful employees. Nice store layout. Most everything is easy to find, and they can look up whatever you can't find on the shelf. Help me find the correct adapter for charging my car's air conditioner. Replaced a defective adapter with a good one without any problem.

Over the years I've almost exclusively used them for my vehicles needs. Bought a battery on Sunday and as a courtesy they did a quick charging system check on my vehicle, a 2017 Toyota Camry. Their tester gave a reading of bad voltage regulator before and after replacing the battery so I took a quick trip to the dealership. Turns out it was a bad reading from OReillys tester! Better safe than sorry but I'd definitely recommend they get a different piece of equipment! I'll still be back because the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Oh My Gosh! I'm so impressed with these guys! Tangie, in particular, was so very gracious and helpful. She helped me find shocks and had them in stock the next morning at 7:30. Then, I was looking for a small little retainer clip for a magnetic brake assembly. A part that costs less than $2.00. She couldn't find on with O'Reilly, so she called around town and found one 10 miles away at another store; not O'Reilly, but another business! I'm so grateful for her delightful nature and her desire to go above and beyond. This is a wonderful quality that is rarely seen today. To her manager, DON'T LET HER GO!! GIVE HER A RAISE!! She is a fabulous asset to your business!

I drove up from San Antonio and had another 45 minutes to drive when I realized my tail lights were not working. It was 7 pm and I still had 45 more minutes to go. Jesus worked with me to figure out the problem He was so helpful and kept trying different things and finally got them to work. Could not have finished my trip without his wonderful help. Thank-you Jesus, I am so thankful you were there.

Great parts store. Got help finding my wiper blades and someone even helped me install them. I've had other good experiences with them, that was just my most recent.

Tangie is the best. LeighAnn is 2nd best. If you get stuck with Jesus, wait for someone else. He got the personality of a cardboard box

The Staff is always knowledgeable and very helpful. They'll go out to your Vehicle if necessary. They hold parts and double check the parts. They honor their receipts. Very satisfied with the Store

Over and above service. Shout Out to Mr. Waylen, Athens, Texas. All auto parts stores were closed except O'Reilly's. I heard a whining noise at about 8:00 p.m. I live in East Athens and drove to 2 closed auto parts store and then to, Praise the Lord, O'Reilly's was open. I went inside, explained the whining noise and that I believe that it is the power steering fluid. And wala, just as I thought Waylen filled the power steering container to the line hey! Waylen was so nice I purchased 2 other items and he graciously installed two of the 3 item's purchased. Thank you Waylen! Give him a raise and major recognition. I appreciate you! I'll be back soon!

Got good prices and people that actual know about parts .I called and ask for a part and by the time I got a ride to store I forgot what the part was but the young lady working there was the one I had talk to and she remember what part I needed that was a blessing for me being they were closing .

Good prices, knowledable service. Only place I go. Last time there they put my windshield wiperblades on for me. And checked out why service light was on for me. No charge !

I'm by most of my parts from O'Reilly they always fit good quality pricing not too bad

O'Reilly's has always been my favorite place to shop for Auto cheaper people are friendly at least they know what they're talking about I wish they stay open a little longer in Chandler
