Matt Mooty: Allstate Insurance

I have not been here long enough to say alot. I will post another review once we have been here awhile. I know that my coverage on our automobiles and home are exactly what is necessary. If your not properly insured with all the crazy things going on it could be devastating. I use the drive safe app, it gave me a credit within a week of installation of over $80. I like the app because you are able to see your coverage, what you are being charged and what money you are saving.
My first expression is this, I was greeted immediately upon walking in. I've called and the phone was answered with a happy voice! When the person that answered the phone was not sure of the answer to my question she placed me on hold and returned shortly with the answer. I met Matt Moody and he was professionally dressed and friendly. This office is one of the most established locations/businesses around, that is reassuring in itself!

My husband and I have insured quite a few vehicles over the years with Allstate. We are long time customers and have always been satisfied. Our Agent Maritza Castillo has been with us since day 1. She has always provided us good customer service, care, efficiency, pricing and coverage features. She has become like family. She's available when we need her, and is quick to return our call. I've recommended Matt Moodys team to many of my friends and family. I can definitely say we are "In good hands" with Allstate!

Dealing with Matt and his wonderful office staff has been great. There’s no phone menu to wade through, just straight to a real person to help handle questions, changes, problems, all of it. When my fiancée switched over her homeowners and auto insurance to join my policy with Allstate, Matt and his team handled it with no fuss. Wells Fargo is administering her mortgage, and they screwed up repeatedly over time and failed to issue payment from escrow to Allstate, and it was a major headache to clear up that took MONTHS. Matt put a lot of time and effort handling it, and even after we thought it was all finally said and done, Wells Fargo sent me letters threatening to do a “lenders placement” of homeowners insurance on an alleged 3-week gap in coverage that was, no surprise, THEIR mistake, not mine and not Allstate’s. Matt was able to go to bat for us and shockingly somehow managed to get Wells Fargo’s corporate team to back off, refund the erroneous charge, and move on.

I can’t say enough about how great it’s been to deal with Matt and his team. If you’re in the market for insurance, or even if you’re just interested in reviewing your options, I recommend you give them a call and talk about it.
