Parking lot is not to bad to maneuver around in and park.
Store is clean, well stocked and easy to get what you want.
Staff is very professional and friendly which always makes for a good experience.
The restrooms are clean and didn't smell bad like some others.
Showers are very clean with lots of hot water.
There's a McDonald's inside and has the usual for food options.

Awesome and helpful staff! A few weeks ago I locked my keys in my truck and the 2 staff members provided me tools and guided me to getting my truck door open. Very thankful!!

We were traveling on a 30 hour road trip and made many stops, at many gas stations, in many states, and this one was by far the best. Specially Jacob, who was so welcoming in the middle of the night. Extremely helpful and made sure the women got safely into their cars. Which I appreciate more than anything because I’ve had some horrible experiences at gas stations and people approaching me. It was clean safe and had everything we needed. 10/10

My experience was good. Kristy at the counter, was very helpful. I read many of the reviews as it relates to the self checkout, and I decided to review.
I’ve been a cashier before and I know how corporate pushes for customers to be encouraged to use self checkout. I caught a lot of craziness from customers thinking I was being lazy and not wanting to do my job. Not true. So when I see people being polite and even helping me with self checkout, I give credit where it’s due.

Great, clean place with amazing employees! A++++

Great place for a quick stop. The station was clean inside and outside. Restrooms clean and well stocked. A good variety of snack and the cold cases and the fountain drink area was clean and well stocked. Had a good variety of inexpensive souvenirs. Yay... I got a frozen coke icee. Evidently this place is a hang out for the locals. As I was sitting in my vehicle prepare to go inside this tracker drive up next to me and parked. The old gentleman got down off his tracker and waltz into the station for his morning cup of steaming hot joe! If the locals hang out here you know it's the place to be!

Great place, honestly seems like the kinda job you could actually enjoy to work at .. I know I had that feeling last year just as I do now .. I definitely could see myself making a life adjustment and growing here if I could get the opportunity to be dependable and really show em what I know I am able to bring, I know this will help everyone and I was told in my interview that you want to turn the place around, I had the same thought as well on a personal note.. I could definitely see myself settling into this job long term and that is what I'm looking for a turn a change a more settling permanently in and becoming more involved and more consistent.. I'm looking for a solid ground, stability and good people to work with! Hope to hear back .. thank u for the interview!

Super nice Employees, attentive and concerned. The 2 consecutive days i was here the showers where super super duper hot just the way i like it. There's a McD's also professional and nice employees.

Was a very quick stop. Restooms were clean, easy to find. the cashier was nice and helpful. The store was easy to spot from the highway and easy to get back on the highway. Good lighting outside.. Which is a great thing when traveling with kids or by yourself.

Easy access, had clean public restrooms, employees were helpful, they take digital coupons. The manager actually showed me how to use them. They have competitive gas prices

Traveling the road is mostly fun but it can be a nightmare when its time to stop for your personal needs and the facility you go to is nasty or unavailable. But I have never had that problem with Pilot and I have traveled to some far places as a truckers wife and have not be disappointed with their maintenance, hospitality, showers, bathrooms or food services. I would recommend you experience it for yourself. It's always pleasant to me. ❤

Great place for all needs at home or on the road traveling. Very clean,friendly, easy to see and locate from any direction. Handicapped parking and entrance. Also restrooms handicap accessible and clean both men and women. Has hot food and cold,drinks also prepared food with an adjoining fast-food restraunt with a drive thrust. Full truck stop with showers fuel gas and diesel for both large trucks and separate section for fuel for everyday traffic. Has large variety of travel needs, accessories even souvenirs. Competitive prices, friendly but also knowledgeable staff anxious to be helpful. Great place

Nice McDonald's staff was friendly and courteous. Pilot staff was awsome they actually greeted me as I walked into Pilot. That kind of welcome always makes me comfortable and ready to shop. Tell your boss he or she is doing a great job.

This is a great location. We stopped to use the restroom while we were travelling to Dallas. I was looking for the Cinnabon counter when I walked in but they don't have one. The restrooms were clean and smelled great.
