Tri-Supply - Beaumont

Went in with a problem with a cabinet hinge I thought was going to be somewhat costly. (20-40 $ or so.) Salesperson looked at it and said, "oh, this is simple." Cost me a dollar. Competent, knowledgeable, friendly, professional.

We ordered a dishwasher through tri supply and Joe Culpepper made it the best buying experience. We told him what we were looking for and he immediately sent options that met that criteria as well as invoices with everything included - delivery, cost of item, and removal of old dishwasher. Joe made it so easy! Justin and Danny made the installation easy. Can’t recommend enough!

I went there and as soon as I got by the door, some one helped. I called after 2 days and they got my order and my payment very fast and efficiently. I was at work so I really appreciated that went fast and well.

Contacted Tri Supply about a purchase I made in 2017 and was now having an issue with. Lee answered the phone and basicly guided me step by step thru the warranty process and was able to get me a new replacement and installation at NO cost to me. This was also a sizable cost to replace. Thank you again Lee. The Faulks

I needed a specific hinge that wasn't carried at Lowes or Home Depot and Tri-Supply had them. From now on I'll start with this group. Very friendly and had me on my way in about 15 minutes. Great job.

I have to update review. Tri Supply called and replaced my fridge no questions asked. I didn't have to deal with their 3rd party repair company anymore. I had to live with mess they left and broken fridge, after the 3rd party's last visit, for 3 weeks (cleaned the mess but freezer door was broken). New fridge arrived this week and Although it has a tiny dent on side, I'm going to ignore it because I'm never dealing with their 3rd party company unless forced to.

I ordered a new GE cafe refrigerator from them. The salesperson was friendly and helpful. However, when it arrived, it had dents on top door and bottom freezer drawer. The delivery guys tried to ignore it, but I could tell they noticed and when I brought it up they played dumb. They did call the manager who spoke with me and he offered some money back...but as I paid 5k for fridge I expect it in pristine condition. So they agreed to replace the doors. After waiting a month their 3rd party service company no showed me not twice but 4 times. No show, no call on 3. One day they were scheduled to come between noon and 5 and after changing my work schedule to be home they called at 3pm to say they weren't coming because they didn't have the correct door.
The 3rd party service company is so unprofessional and unpredictable. Absolutely ridiculous. Tri supply can't control how 3rd party acts but they should have sent someone else after 2nd mishap. I shouldn't have to continue to wait for my fridge to be like new 2 months later. Don't waste your money, I've had 4 deliveries from local stores and never had any issue. They arrived when said, and items arrived pristine. I could have ordered this fridge from 2 other places but was told I could get it faster through Tri Supply. It's was a huge mistake. Stick with other local companies.

We picked out an outside door and talked to the sales rep.. he talked to us about each kind of door and made it easier to know what we wanted. I think his name was Andy. He wrote down everything we needed from the hardware store.
The delivery guy was so friendly and went beyond what most guys would do. He couldn’t get under the electric wires, so he carried the pre hung door all the way up our driveway (a long driveway) and into the house. I will definitely recommend Tri Supply.

Very helpful and friendly staff and were really knowledgeable about their products. Checking the pricing of the same stove online they actually had the best price at Tri Supply and even though it was not in stock I was able to purchase the floor model and get my new stove the same day. Then the guys that wrapped it up and loaded it in the truck for me were really friendly and helpful too and made sure it was secure and safe. Great experience and next time I need an appliance they will be the top of my list.

Very good selection and salesperson eager to assist with your decisions without rushing you. Krissy has been wonderful to us since the start and when I call to order or walk in, I get directed to her and this makes things nice as she is on track with my projects and we can move along with next phase quickly. Good for her, good for me!

I love the process of purchasing, order made, informed when the order arrives, you drive up they give you a ticket and you go to warehouse where they are right there with your items and place in your vehicle.
If you have delivery, the same, they schedule, they call ahead and items are wrapped and delivered in perfect shape!
Hard to find this type of customer service these days.
I’ve referred to others and won’t shop anywhere!
