Mike Linder's office and Allstate has shown me outstanding customer service for close to 10 years now. Knowledgeable about policies and procedures. The representatives there make you believe they enjoy what they do. Always willing to help, answer the phone when you call and always looking at my policy searching for other ways that I can benefit from Allstate. My Water Heater blew and flooded my house about 5 months ago. I am still waiting for it to be fixed. Had to get an appraiser and a mediator to get insurance moving. I have been without a kitchen for almost 5 months and Michael has not called even once to see how we were doing or if the claim was moving along. I am not a happy customer I feel like when we needed help, after having Michael and Allstate for over 15 years, we got left out in the cold.
