Chan tree services

Had a great experience with Chan Tree Services. I have two mid-sized oaks in the front yard that had gotten out of control. I was getting quotes that were coming in pretty high. Chan was recommended by a friend. Communication was great. He responded in a timely manner. Was prompt getting to my home and gave me a fair quote. Came back that day to trim up my trees and took all of the limbs with him. I really didn’t notice how bad the trees had gotten until he was finished. They look incredible! It really opened up the yard, got the branches away from my roof, and they just look so much better! He also performs other tasks. Had him pressure wash the front of the house to get all those (thousands) of horrible caterpillar cocoons out of here. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Even took care not to trample my wife’s freshly planted flowers. That’s A+ service. Would recommend and will be a future customer.

I have used Chan tree and lawn care for a few months. My recent experience has taken a almost a month to get resolved. I submitted my payment of 800. for services initially through Venmo at that time Daniel Chan requested that I send through zelle because he was having problems with his Venmo. He has received this payment from me twice and owes me a refund for 800.00 as of April 3rd. I was told his bank has the Venmo payment pending and it is not in his account and it should be a couple days to have more information. He also claims the boss is out of town an I have to wait for him to return in a month from being out of the country. I don’t believe either explanation because the money went to Daniel Chan’s account. This feels like theft. Now he is ignoring my calls, not respond to my text Messages. The excuses are unacceptable. I do not recommend Chan Tree and Lawn Services.

Chan Tress Services & Lawn Care is bad business rents out machinery and doesn't like to pay he is a big theif i would not even trust this man to even do yard work for me or anyone else he is a big rip off I want people to watch out who they do business with not let this man into your yard because he might rip you off in Services. Chan I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau ...

Horrible, horrible service. Does not even deserve one star. Poor lawn care. Will not pick up limbs nor anything that may have blown onto your yard. They just cut over it and scatter the torn trash and remains all over the yard. Blows grass and weeds directly onto your car. Touches personal items that are not in their way and throws them around. Then as usual they pretend they can't understand what you are saying. Do not choose them.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would! Non reliable and never answers or text back rarely and when he does it’s at late hours. I recommend y’all find some other guys do do your yard . Wow just wow! Totally ridiculous!! Much better off finding a high school kid to do the work. Congratulations guys y’all just lost two really good customers.

Please do not do service with this company, he has a history of not paying, I will have to report this company to the Better Business Bureau. Please becareful of scams.
