Jose is very professional, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, thoughtful, personable, and thorough when dealing with customers and each issue they have with their phones. If he does not know the answer/reason for a possible problem, he asks and/or researches to find an answer. He is diligent and honest and his efforts to fix a problem for the customer which is much appreciated. I commend Jose and I'm glad that he works at

I would like to say that I am very impressed with the way they handled my issue I had with one of the employees. The manager went above and beyond compensating me for my time. I was so impressed by the way he handled things.

I went to pay my bill and cancel an extra line i had activated for a friend whom didn't use the phone or service for more than a day or so and the two ladies assisting me really helped me calm down and realize that it's not okay to get angery at them and pay the bill and cancel next month. They genually care about their customers.

phone wasn't working! store manager Luis started troubleshooting to fix the issue instead of a normal sales person trying to sell me a phone. Fixed my phone and got me right! best service at any cricket I have ever had!

Luis and Monica were amazing!!! My phone was glitching, freezing and turning itself off randomly. I needed a new phone quick and cheap. Luis got me what I needed without pressuring me to buy the newest most expensive phone. He listened to what I NEEDED and was on point. He was even able to transfer my text messages to my new phone, he offered to without being asked!! And Monica.....freaking life saver. I haven't been able to get to my FB account in over 8 months because of some security settings I had in place. She back doored my messenger and fixed it so I could finally log on. Not even FB would help me unlock my account!!! I will be going to this location as long as they work there!!!

Elena and Nay DEFINITELY earned this 5 star. I called for an upgrade from my Galaxy s8 to Galaxy s205g and they told me they had ONE left. I hurried over and got approved with Progressive leasing. They then helped me by transferring ALL of my files to my new phone. They even helped logging back in to my Facebook which was my main concern. Thank you and great job ladies!
