City of dickinson has awesome customer service!

The lady that was working 12/31/21 at noon for passport renewal processing was rude! But she was super nice to the family in front of us. Are we the wrong color perhaps??

I have had to deal with the Dickinson Municipal Court for my husbands ticket. I understand that they are limited on what information they are allowed to give me because of rules and so forth. However, it DOES NOT give them the right to be rude, unprofessional, and talk to anyone with disrespect. I will particularly call out two ladies specifically ALMA and SYLVIA. Do they honestly think because they work for the City of Dickinson that they are allowed to have such horrible attitudes. Do they think that because they work for the City of Dickinson that this gives them some kind of entitlement or priveledge???? I see all the other previous reviews and they are all saying the same thing. RUDE AND NASTY. Just really surprises me that the City would continue to let such nastiness respresent their courts. I plan on finding someone that I can make a complaint to.

The people here are not friendly and provide very limited information. They will not provide you proper service over the phone so If you live out of town don't expect to get help unless you go down there yourself.

The judge is nice and so it the officer but the lady who does the paperwork is ride and condescending .

I just call the municipal court and the lady was so rude and not helpful at all.

Absolute joke of a place. All of the fees are ridiculously OVERPRICED
