Jack and Michelle Koury did an incredible job of creating a beautiful engagement ring for my fiancee at an unbeatable cost. I went to a couple of different jewelry stores, including box chains and another privately owned store, but my experience at Koury's doesn't even compare to those. Jack sat down with me and worked through my ideas and my vision and helped me come up with a beautiful design that incorporated a few heirloom stones to accompany a new center stone. Their service is amazing, always taking time to chat with me and ask me questions when I stop in, and always making sure they're making my life easier. I'm getting my wedding ring from Koury's and I've sent four friends to Koury's for engagement rings as well because I truly believe that they are the best in the area in all facets.

Found this gem in Frisco! My son found a beautiful quality diamond at a fantastic price for his fiance and their customer service is fantastic! This is a family owned business, and they made us feel like family! I was surprised with what all they offer at this store such as beautiful clocks of all types, fine jewelry, and other fine gifts such as the Lampe Berger Paris oil lamps. Great find!

Wow!! Stopped in to get a wedding ring, but was amazed by the Grand-Father Clock Collection they had! Couldn't miss how beautiful they look and sounded. Was helped by Jack, who briefly shared the Jewelry store history and impressed me with his knowledge of the New Clock I'm going to purchase and the wedding ring I ordered ...We will be back!!

amazing. Guy is like the clock whisperer. Came and moved an antique clock, got it up and running with great care. Was an old estate clock. Took the time to explain to us how to use it, was very patient. Wonderful family owned store.

I wanted to get a very expensive piece of jewelry cleaned to present to my wife for Christmas. The piece belonged to my deceased mother. They told me they were not cleaning jewelry today. However, the staff was standing around talking. I will not return. They didn’t even bother to see the piece nor make an attempt to provide services.

I took chains to be fixed as do as I left anklet broke to get home and notice the job was done poorly now I have another one just broke thats 2 of the 4 I took to have fixed I hope I can make it back by 7 before they close not happy at all
