Great store! Great staff! Went in looking for a new guitar, which takes a while.... They were patient, conversational and all around good salesmen. They asked what I was looking for, had me try out several of my picks, and gave me advice to try others. I ended up going with an RS420 in maya gold. Beautiful guitar and the build quality is 2nd to none. All and all a great music stop. Skip the big box stores and keep the shops like this around! If you are in the area or not I would make the trip there.

Great service and cool instruments. I had an issue with my bass that I had a lot of trouble diagnosing but Steve and another employee were able to find the problem and fix it for me. I also got a setup done here, and overall my bass is sounding great. My girlfriend recently purchased a guitar here as well and is loving it. Highly recommend!

Awesome shop. I bought a Breedlove guitar there for my dad, who is a beginner, and I am looking for every excuse to go back for another guitar for myself. This place is awesome if you're not a youth minister looking for a Taylor or Martin. Breedlove makes the same quality for a fraction of the price, plus my dog loves it.

Great little music store that focuses heavily on guitars. There is a small drum section in the back with a few kits and sticks/heads. Didn’t ask how long the shops been around but it was impeccably clean. The drums and guitars that I could see all were polished and shiny.

Daniel was great helping me find what I needed quickly. All staff was kind and funny, making a few jokes here and there. Seemed like a few local regulars were also chilling around.

Overall, great clean music store. Friendly staff, and good selection, if your focus is guitars. Will be my go to, moving forward.

These guys are very professional, reasonable on price and very flexible. Person even stayed late for me while I got delayed on my pick up. Awesome service, will certainly visit again and highly recommended for guitar services. Thank you.

Steve Anderson is a master luthier and can do pretty much anything with guitars and basses. I’ve had several of mine worked on by Steve with precision and skill. He’s transparent about the amount of work needed and the price and he offers wise recommendations for upgrades and repairs.

They have a great gear selection too and it has grown over the years! Guitars, basses, drums, pedals, ukeleles, and plenty of accessories for all those instruments. Prices are competitive and fair.

Had to purchase a Harmonica in the Key of G very quickly. One of their employees emailed me, texted me, and called me to make arrangements to hand deliver the harmonica to me. They did! Talk about going way beyond the call of duty. These folks have all of my future music business needs.

My guitar tuning peg was broken and i couldn't fix it myself. Frisco Music Center fixed it for me. My only feedback to them and customers going in for repair that there is explicit conversation about service/ repair charges other than parts. What I thought was $ 15 ended up being $ 30 including work. Fair but knowing upfront works. So, if you are going for repairs ensure you get an estimate with labor so you know the actual amount. Still good people and have plenty of musical instruments to buy as well.

Best music store around, in my not so humble opinion. Great selection of guitars (I've bought 3, no make that 4, here along with an awesome Peavey Amp, a few stands, plectrums, strngs and straps) and not only am I tickled pink with the products, I can't say enough good things about the staff. Make you feel immediately at home whatever level of player you happen to be, and super knowledgeable without looking down their nose at you. If you are in the market for anything musical instrument related, you need to go see the guys at the Frisco Music Center.

Very Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’m a Nashville musician that was in town for family when my acoustic guitar had a specific buzzing issue that I couldn’t figure out. Steve, the Luthier took a long look and was able to figure out exactly what was going on. Though I didn’t end up getting the fix done here, I’m positive that it would not have been a problem for them. Again, they were very kind and educated and I would highly recommend their services.

I got a cool tuner from Bob and a sweet Orange 20RT amp from Taylor. These guys are super cool. They are very patient and explain the products to you in detail. This store has a fabulous selection of guitars, mandolins and even a banjo! I had fun exploring here and learning from the employees. This is the hippest music shop in DFW and I will continue visiting whenever I’m in town. Thanks Bob and Taylor. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful store. Excellent service. They were vey kind and considerate of our budget when getting my beginner son set up with equipment.

This store is great. It's small, and it doesn't carry huge brands, but the selection on everything is solid, from new to used. The big reason to visit this store though is the phenomenal customer service. I had probably the greatest retail experience I've ever had here. Mike, gave us space to walk around on our own and take in the selection but after a bit came in and started telling us about this used guitar we were looking at. He pulled up a chair and started playing it, showcasing all the styles possible, it was a delightful experience. He was full of so much valuable information and had a extremely enthusiastic and friendly attitude the whole time, it seemed like he genuinely enjoyed what he does which is very nice for a change. We were welcomed with open arms not knowing much of anything and I left the store after about 2 hours pointed in the right direction with a much better idea of what style I'd like to get into. If you're into guitars in any way you have to visit this store at least once. Changed how I viewed other guitar stores dramatically, and other retail stores in general. Great place!

They have guitars, pianos, drumsets, ukeleles, and some other instruments and all of them are of great quality. They have lessons for some of the instruments and are very understanding and great at teaching piano and guitar. They have great prices and I highly recommend that you come here.

Great store, went in and traded in a cheap electric as well as some accessories and gave me a great deal on all of it and put it towards a nice Yamaha they had in stock. Dont remember the larger gentleman with facial hair who is usually in charge of selling and buying gear but he's the best. Patient people great atmosphere can't wait to go back.

I’m blown away! I’ve visited this shop almost once a month since I found it. Every time I stop by, I’m greeted with smiling faces from an extremely knowledgeable staff. Each of them can play, extremely well, I know as I’ve had them demonstrate several different guitars and amps. They also encourage my son when I drag him along. Not pressure to take lessons, but they take the time to engage with him and listen to him. They always leave him feeling more positive about his playing. It’s good to see a small business that still takes the time to spend with each of the customers. Thanks to all of you for keeping it real.

My husband and I enjoyed our experience with the staff/owner. The service is extremely personal and the people were very patent. We looked for a gift for our young son and they did not try to sell us the most expensive instrument but were very frank as it relates to what would be valuable for him. I do not think I have ever written a review, but our experience was outstanding and we would recommend the store to anyone who is interested in purchasing new or quality used instruments.

Always a positive experience. The guys there are very knowledgeable and will talk to you for hours about any questions you have. One of the guys even sat down to teach me some ukulele and mandolin, and they will jam with you too. They make big boxes like Guitar Center look like amateur hour!
