Pam! From start to finish, you listened to me as I looked for the anniversary gift, for my special gal. I’m thrilled with the end results! And yes, she’ll love it!!

When my fiance and I were looking at engagement rings (this is a LONG overdue post and I hope they will forgive me), our family jeweler was out of what we were both wanting to spend.

After hours of research online and calling jewelers (I didn't want the center stone to be a diamond, and apparently that's harder to cater to), I found Brett. Not only does he work in precious stones and metals, he also works very heavily with semiprecious stones. He called me when stones were in for me to look through and see what I liked. He was insanely customer-oriented despite the lower price tag of the purchase. I love the work he did and I absolutely ADORE my ring.

We are having him do my wedding band to match, and we have trusted him (without fail) to fix heirloom jewelry.

Thank you for taking the time to walk us through such an important and meaningful purchase. Thank you for making all of your customers feel welcomed regardless of what they're buying. In this day and age, that kind of customer service is rare. I truly thank you for working with us and our budget!

I am 21 years old and my girlfriend is 19 and we have been looking for rings for multiple months by now. Most places have tried to take advantage of our age, and our price range.
Brett Samuels did not. He was incredibly helpful and he took so much time out of his day to make sure we got the exact ring we were looking for. I can’t even tell you how excited and happy he has made us. He gave us a great deal and respected our budget.

Phillip & his team are THE only people to trust with diamonds. They offer designs to fit any personality. My husband bought my wedding ring from Phillip years ago when Village was on Preston Rd in Dallas. They are well worth the drive to Frisco from any part of the Metroplex. Great people!

We purchased my original wedding ring from Phillip at Village Jewelers (old location on Preston) - after losing it :( (13 years later) we made the only logical decision and visited Brett (son) at the new location in Frisco. Picked up my ring this week and I can't stop smiling. While it's not THE ring I got married with...it is the NEW ring and I'm in heaven. Brett and Pam provided excellent customer service, my ring is gorgeous and I'm so very happy!
