Generation Custom Jewelers

Had the most wonderful experience at Generation Custom Jewelers! My Brighton eternal knot key fob (given as a gift from my sister) lost its charm twice and I’ve returned it to Brighton for repair, taking many weeks before it is returned and it drops off again. I took it into Generation and as you can see, they put on a soldered ring that looks good and that isn’t going anywhere. I love this shop and I love to shop local. Check them out. They also have some pretty unique jewelry pieces on display.

I came in kind of panicked needing my engagement ring resized quickly, after searching all day with no luck, I came across Generation Custom Jewelers.
Pro tip: just save yourself the time of searching and just start here! They worked with me and got my ring ready soooo fast, I was actually shocked at how fast the turn around was and it came out beautifully and fits perfectly!
I will definitely be going back to get my wedding band resized at a later date! They definitely gain a customer and I will 100% recommend this place to family and friends.

We traveled for quite some time to get to this place and tried many other jewelers because no one else in that radius was able to convert my Victorian stick pins into charms except for them! They knew exactly what I wanted and they were not afraid to tackle it. The solders are so clean and perfect on such small and delicate things. They were very polite from the beginning. I will be returning quite often.

Franklin and Danny are two awesome guys. I came across them after a previous jeweler destroyed my wifes engagenent ring. Franklin took her ring with him and an hr later brought it back looking like the damage never took place! From that day I knew I found the only guys I would ever need for all my jewelry needs. I would highly recommend them for all of your needs! They have a great selection and if you need something custom made as we did, they will knock it out of the park and send you images of the molds to confirm they have it correct. They do not cut corners! They have mastered the art!

Very please with this place. My late grandmother left me with a bracelet, not exactly valuable in dollar amounts but extremely valuable in sentimental terms. The bracelet was dirty, twisted, the finish coming off, etc. I took it into Generation Custom Jewelry and my grandmother's bracelet was completely transformed! It was cleaned, fixed; looking better than it ever has. I'm so glad they took the time and care into restoring something so close to me. When my daughter is old enough, I will pass it onto her.

I have finally found my jeweler! Having recently moved to Dallas from New Jersey, I was accustomed to having a family-owned go-to jeweler. When my husband bought me a second wedding band for Christmas and I realized it was a little big for my finger, I began my search for a jeweler. After being told by almost every jeweler I called that it would take 2-3 weeks to get my band resized, I decided to look for a small family-owned jeweler instead. Thankfully I read the reviews for Generation Jewelers and took my ring there. They were welcoming, very professional, and resized my ring in 24 hours! They also cleaned and polished my original band and engagement ring at no charge! That's true customer service! Now that I've found my jeweler I'll only give my business to this team of professionals. Visit them today - you won't be disappointed.

I cannot rave about this place enough. They do everything in house, so the person you’re talking to when you go into the store, will probably be the person who will be making or fixing your jewelry. They’re reasonably priced and operate with integrity. I’ve sent so many people to this place. Cannot give more stars but I would if I could!

A stone had fallen out of my ring, took it to Generations after looking at other reviews. Here to echo the other glowing reviews! They fixed the ring quickly and it looks amazing! Great customer service and very fair pricing!

I brought my rings in to be resized and ended up having them soldered, cleaned and had the prongs freshened up as well. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions and gave me some helpful advice and suggestions. I dropped it off and picked it up the next day. It was beautiful and fit perfectly and the soldering was so clean.

These guys are always so helpful and kind. They know what they’re doing & it shows in their work. My fiancé got my engagement ring here & they resized it for free after the proposal. I brought in a bracelet I needed fixed for the wedding, and they fixed it in about 5 minutes for free! Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend these guys 👍👍

We searched the internet for a good jewelry repair shop near us. We stopped in a few but Generation was the third and Frankincense made us feel like long time clients. We had 3 pieces to repair and with the time specified it was done and the looked great. I have a Phillip Stein watch and a my engagement ring to repair so I will be back. There hostilely was wonderful and greatly appreciated.

I brought in a necklace which needed a clasp repair. A different clasp was suggested. They made the change within an hour, knowing I wanted to wear the necklace that same evening!
I wouldn’t bring my jewelry to any other store.

I needed a stone replaced on a pendant for my brother in law and they were able to fix it real time. Reasonably priced as well. The gentleman helping me was helpful and polite. Will definitely come back for future repairs or purchases.

Great service and quality work! Daniel was very detailed when answering my questions and appreciated his suggestions. My prongs were replaced, he reset my Diamond, and polished and rhodium to all 3 rings… I was thrilled with the work he did! Thank you, Daniel & Generation Jewelers! I went in to unset diamonds from a pendant. The jeweler did it in 1 minute and he didn't charge me for it. They did a custom earring for my wife before and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Generation Jewelers. Every time I go in, they treat you nicely and very easy to talk to. They answered all my questions and gave honest opinion. Before you go to another jeweler, talk to Generation Jewelers first.

Outstanding customer service. And their custom jewelry is exquisite and all created on site. I went in for a simple resizing of a ring, expecting to have to leave it for several days. I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could do it while I waited. Of course I fell in love with a custom ring while I waited, so I’ll be bringing the hubby in to see it! What a fantastic experience with super personable owners! I’ve found my new jeweler!!
