Ritter Lumber Company

This was my first visit to this store. I don’t think I’ll ever need to go to tractor supply or Lowe’s ever again. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (which meant I spent more money than I planned). They had everything I needed easy to find and neatly organized. If you’re in the area and need hardware, auto parts, hand tools, power tools, or new doors for your home....go check this place out.

We visited Ritter Lumber today due to my husband and I had been to several other stores and either could not find what we wanted or could not get any help. I must say that was not the case at Ritter Lumber. We walked in and was greeted by two gentleman, can you believe that!!! Anyway we got assistance right away and one ( I wish I had got his name, I only remember he had Curley hair). Very polite young man. He took us to the items we needed and we were on our way. Thank You Ritter Lumber for hiring such GREAT employees. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Ritter Lumber was great, after going to the other big box store where several of employees were just looking at there phones, my wife and I left there to go to Ritter Lumber and as soon as we walked in the door Nate greeted us and asked if he could be of some assistance. He showed us to the area we were looking for. There was not one we needed on the shelf so he checked and stated there were two in the back. He went to the back and got our item assisting us to the front of the store and helping us load our item. The other store could take some pointers from Nate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank You Nate for a great experience at Ritter Lumber.

This Ritters has an outdoor lumber express warehouse and the actual store inside for other things. They were helpful and nice. Plenty of parking space too. I know it cab get a little backed up sometimes since they usually only have a couple cashiers, but not big enough of an thing to call an issue. Its a good place to get some things on the go.

Always quick and easy to get in and out of their drive thru barn, Called Nov 2nd looking for a extension bit and was helped by their manager without delay. Customer service has always been friendly and attentive.

I was helped by a man named Sergio. He was such a hard worker and very personable. They've got great customer service, and they made sure that they understood exactly what I needed. I wouldnt go to anyone else for my wood!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff that go out of their way to help. A little more pricey than someplace like Lowe's, but worth it to get expert help and no surly checkers.

The quality of the wood here is far better than home Depot or Lowe's ! Absolutely love Ritter ! A little bit pricey er than the others but the quality makes up for that !!
