Walmart Supercenter

I wanted to let you know about a positive experience. We frequent your store with my autistic toddler. He runs fast (sometimes into other shoppers and employees. Sorry about that) He loves the lights. It has a very calming effect. Everybody is so patient with us. Is Walmart always 5 stars? Definitely not, but today it was. I see a lot of the same faces and often run into a young man stocking. He always speaks. I wish I knew his name. I can always count on him to brighten my day. Today I was wearing my autism awareness shirt. He noticed the shirt and commented he is autistic. In that moment I saw a bright future for my son. Some days are so hard but your store makes them better. Also today the ladies working the deli were awesome. My son doesn't eat many foods, but loves the popcorn chicken. There wasn't any out. I asked and six minutes later I was walking out with my hot food. Thank you so much.

This is one of the best Walmart's we have been in. Clean and the staff a friendly and helpful. It's in a good location and not crowded. So we go here when we have to go to Walmart verses the others in the area.

Always so nice helpful & friendly! Also the fact that they have a Subway inside their store is a BIG plus!!

My experience was absolutely terrible l got a oil change and they didn't replace the filter I have purchased three Douglas tires that have and they didn't explain that the warranty didn't include balancing and labor it wound up costing me and$33 on top of the fact three went bad shortly after purchasing

Trailer park central ,and single baby mama hangout who rides carts bcz the customers too lazy too walk.... Staff super friendly and polite though

Fast and efficient! Always has everything neat and organized. All produce seems to be fresh, I absolutely love this Walmart.

You can get anything from milk to tires installed on your vehicle.

In the pandemic this year I have been doing a lot of crafts projects and ,I can always find new and pretty things in the Covington store only. Great job to the Covington buyer in that department. I Can say your store is far better than the few stores I been in. That says slot causes I'm hard to please.

Really nice Walmart 👌 Staff were helpful and considerate. The store was clean and well organized. Nice to visit a different Walmart when traveling.

The most clean and safe Walmart I have ever visited. I been to many Walmart in over a dozen states and different counties but this one is great in all aspects.

Usually I don't feel safe but this one is very friendly; staff is also very nice and helpful!

Great, put a laptop and external CD Drive in layaway. There was a little hiccup, the External CD Drive not being in the system or something but over all the visit was great. Staff was friendly and helpful and didn't feel like I was constantly being watched, as if their hot on my tail thinking I'm gonna steal something...

sometimes you'll find exactly what you need and other times you won't.

Large and well organized store, new parking lot, and are renovating the front of store. I'd say great job on maintaining a modern store look.

I was at Walmart the other day checking out at self checkout. I selected the option for cash back. It slipped my mind that I had selected that option and was walking out without it. A employee named Kiya comes running after me to give me my money back. I am really grateful for this honest employee. I believe she deserves a raise.

Even though they were all out of the normal extra large market side pizzas because of mothers day weekend they still had plenty of other pizzas to fix my pizza craving, also if you have a primo 5 gallon jug they can be refilled at this location in the back left of the store by the yogurt section.

Andrew is fantastic. He's so knowledgeable, patient and kind. Andrew takes his time and tries to instruct me so I have a general idea of what to do. He has a new helper named Shawn and he is kind and helpful, also. Young men. Great work ethic.
