AT&T Store

I broke my iPhone 11 and went in to upgrade. Being a small business owner, I didn't want to break the bank buying a new phone. Asia greeted me, with a smile, as soon as I walked in. She was very understanding, asked me what my needs were, and offered me several options. She was super sweet and polite. Matter of fact, all of the ladies at the store were great! I usually travel to Memphis to handle things like this but I will definitely be returning to the Covington store and asking for Asia.
Hands down the best phone buying experience I've had.

I went into the Covington, TN store and the young lady Hartley Elam was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best service possible. She even was nice enough to help me pick out my product and made sure it was available. Hartley is very courteous and it was a delight to have her as my representative. Thank you so much.

I lost my phone or it was stolen came to ATT in Covington met Vicky she open a little early she was awesome. She is definitely a multi tasker she new her stuff helping like four people at once she was amazing

The store was really clean and the employees in this store are so nice! They worked really hard when I was having a problem with my phone and set my son up with a new phone. They made the whole process easy I will only come here for all my phone needs.

I was there on Monday and even though I could get the phone, kavickia drake was amazing. She literally tried everything to make me an att customer but it wasn't my time. I enjoyed her very much with her polite, ambitious,and respectful personality...

Oh my goodness, Tina is THE BOMB!!! I don't know how to begin to explain the problem with my granddaughters phone but Tina got it fixed for her. She was so patient with listening to what was going on, asked a few questions then within a short time had her back up and running. Thank you Tina!!!!

Vicky (i think was her name) had very good customer service. I very rarely write reviews but this ine deserved it. She was already helping other customers but still took care of me also. Helped woth with an upgrade i was unsure about and found several discounts on my wireless. Thanks !

Shanea at AT&T in Covington did a wonderful job. My son and I both traded in our old phones. She was very professional and the entire process was seamless. Every app, photo, text, email all returned without any problems thanks to her care!

Jeff, the person with whom I dealt, was very knowledgeable and understood my problem. He was very efficient, extremely concerned and explained things in a manner that I could understand. Highly recommend this store for your cell phone needs.
