This is such a professionally run storage facility. Everything is automated which makes it very easy for us to be able to take care of our business! The staff is very professional and attentive. I’m glad we finally were able to get a spot after being on the waiting list!

This is easily the worst experience I've ever had with a storage facility. I am well aware of this semi that crashed into the building, no need to remind me. Two days after moving almost everything my fiance and I owned into this facility, it hit the other side of the building that we used to store almost everything we own.

Recently received communication that stated that people who had their storage units affected would be able to come on certain days this week to move their things. That is completely understandable and acceptable, they should be able to take care of their things.

I really don't understand why that's being allowed though, when my unit was less effected (more safe to go into at this point, as per the insurance/claims inspector on the property) and I have things that I need in there to survive in day-to-day life. Most people who store their things there don't need need them for everyday life. I fail to understand how these people are able to go and move their things, when I'm not allowed to get my things that enable me to survive. The things in their storage units are things they probably haven't seen or needed in months.

My husband had to buy clothes and tools in order to even just complete his job to earn any sort of money since moving here a week ago. I've had to contact people and beg them to be able to use their space to teach in as I am a music educator in the community. We are certainly keeping track of all that this has cost us. I'm really surprised that any local business in the Waco area would treat a veteran and a teacher in the community this way.

Meanwhile we have been given no timeline as to when we are able to go into our unit. We have both said we would be more than happy to be escorted by whatever staff is helping the other people move their things, we've even offered to be escorted by the police! This is unacceptable. I understand this isn't the owners fault, but it sure isn't mine either. Yet I'm forced to pay out-of-pocket just to live day to day life, and pay for things that I already have in my storage unit just to get by. We are certainly keeping any and all receipts that we incur in this ridiculous ordeal for our records.
