Valley Mills Vineyards

We just came back from our visit at Valley Mills Vineyards and were absolutely amazed by their service and knowledge about wine! Our tour guide was Kate. She was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable about each wine and the process of it all. We loved every second of our tour and tasting at this winery! Would highly recommend coming here and doing a tour and tasting! 🍷✨

Kalen has been the absolute sweetest thing on earth! The tours have been amazing, the wine delicious and atmosphere impeccable. Definitely the best winery in central Texas!

Drove down to meet a friend for the day, stopped here to chat and taste the wine.

Kalen served us and really helped us find the perfect wine to take home. She was so freaking awesome, 10 outta 10 would recommend!

I did look at reviews for Valley Mills before coming. Many had left 5 star ratings. I totally agree!
Kate gave us a guided tour of their facility and we were able to see workers performing their various duties. Kate took time to explain varieties of grapes grown there and allowed us to try a few straight from the vine. We were allowed to walk through the vineyard at our own pace and just enjoy the quiet and solitude. Our tastings were done at our own pace while we had bread and pesto. I purchased several bottles to bring home, as well as give to friends. Getting a bottle of wine from a vineyard you have actually visited is a unique experience which I would recommend and I would definitely recommend visiting this small winery when in the area. We had so much fun! Sarah honestly made the experience 10x better. She educated us about the wine, tasting notes, and was just a pleasure to be around. The establishment is gorgeous! Gives Tuscany vibes ✨. We will be back!

We had an amazing time at Valley Mills Winery! We made an impromptu stop because of the heavy rain and decided to wait it out. The Counoise bottle of wine was fantastic! The charcuterie tray was delicious! But, most of all, the service was excellent! Kate, our hostess, made us feel special and was very attentive and knowledgeable about wine! The atmosphere was very relaxed and gorgeous. Kate made our impromptu stop into a great memory as well as a return costumer!

Came here yesterday with my friend for a wine tasting and had an amazing time!! Loved all of the wines, had beautiful scenery, and wonderful service from Emmeline! Can’t wait to come back soon!

We had Valerie for our reserve tasting and she was the best! We sat in the barrel room and had charcuterie and wine. Everything was wonderful and she was very knowledgeable about each wine, would defintley recommend if you’re in the Waco area.

What a wonderful experience! We were served by Emmeline who opened my eyes to the world of red wine, which previous to this experience I avoided. A great escape to a beautiful part of Texas that I did not realize was so close by!

What a great experience!! We won a tour & tasting through our church and were so pleasantly surprised! The grounds are beautiful and Jazmine did a great job with our tour--she was so friendly and answered all our questions. We even stayed after for about an hour and enjoyed the charcuterie and nature along with our wine. We will definitely be back!!

Highly recommend!! Beautiful view and amazing service. Valerie was our tour guide and host for me and my friend. We went for a birthday outing! Valerie did a great job and was very informative with our wine tour! This was my first wine tour so I learned a lot. She offered information that is usually questioned by others. There was no rush to get inside even in the hot Texas heat!! She happily took pictures of us outside and inside. Even though it’s a workout, I absolutely love the stairs coming in from the gorgeous double doors downstairs! Very spacious with tables inside and outside. They also offer bread & charcuterie boards to go along with your wine! The bread is delicious so we did an order of it by itself after our board. We both purchased bottles to bring home and we will be returning soon!

I took my GF out to a tasting at Valley Mills Vineyard for her birthday today and it was such a lovely day. We drove in from the Dallas area, so it was a good hour 40 mins away, but I wanted to be at a real working Vineyard and not a “wedding venue” type place. Our tasting guide was Sarah, and she was absolutely amazing. She was able to answer all our questions, held conversation with us really well, and gave us quite a bit of insight into Vineyard and wine itself that we were not aware of.
It was worth every penny, and I’d be happy to come out here again.

Kalen was phenomenal. The wine was tasty! We did not know we needed reservations in advance and they squeezed us in for a tasting. She also showed us the room where they crush grapes and explained the entire process to us. I also lost my watch while we were there and they reached out to let us know they’d be mailing it back. The owner and their staff made this a memorable visit! 15/10

Such a beautiful piece of land. The outdoor seating is lovely, looking out over the vineyard. The wine is delicious, and Shaler took good care of us. An easy drive outside of Waco. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful afternoon at the vineyard. We started with a sample. The charcuterie board and bread and pesto were a delicious compliment to the wine. The outdoor seating area it charming with a lovely view. Peaceful and private. Sarah Holder was our host, and contributed to our enjoyable afternoon.

We made the trip to Waco from Kansas City and this was a must hit stop for us! We did the wine tour and tasting! Our tour guide was Kalen and she was wonderful! She was really awesome to show us around the property! Very knowledgeable about the property and wine! We had a delicious meat and cheese board, pesto and bread. We loved Valley Mills!
