I'm a mom of 4, who also works fulltime. So when our only vehicle blew up, we were in quite a bind. We decided to try the car store. Best decision ever, the process was painless, Frankie is an amazing person who is genuinely there to help you. The down payment and monthly payments are very affordable. Will definitely not be taking my business anywhere else. Thank you guys!!!!!

This is my second car bought from them, my first one over in piney flats, and my 2nd one in Elizabethton. They help you find the right car with the price range you give them, they gave me a warranty for 6 months, and fixed (my muffler and a crack in my windshield) Frankie is the bomb!!. :) she gets the job done well.. I highly recommend anyone to do business with them!!. :3

I bought a d paid my car off ... when I bought it i had it a few months and it had a little trouble.... they fixed it in 3 days I have since sent 4 more people there and they have had success they are amazing and will.work with anyone JohnBoy is the sweetest and most knowledgeable when it comes to cara and financing. I can not say enough about The owner John he is a kind hearted soul and appreciate all they did. My daughter is now buying a car from.them and they have worked diligently to help her.

I went to a million used lots the day I got my car and none of them were willing to work with me. I came across the car store and I am beyond pleased with my experience, they were very helpful and Frankie really made me feel comfortable! Will definitely recommend the car store to everyone I know!

I started out at the car lot in piney flats. John was ready to help. He ask me what I was looking for and price range. He told me he had some cars on the elizabethton lot that I was looking for. I had been looking for a car for 3 weeks. I met with Frankie who is awesome! She told me no pressure, and told me the cars in my price range. Told me to take my time and drive them all. Which I did. She answered all my questions for each car. And what help me with my decision the most with any car you buy from them a 6 month powertrain warranty with unlimited mileage. They are awesome! I definitely will be a returning when I need a vehicle, and telling everyone about them!

Just bought my 3rd car from them. Service is best around. If you want a great running car for low price shop with them. I have never met nicer people then the staff at The Car Store Elizabethton.

My Dad (Gordon Lanier) came in and got a truck and a couple minor things needed to be fixed and they did a great job and in a timely matter. The truck is one of the best trucks we have had.
