Wonderful hardware store. You cannot get 10 feet in the door without someone asking if they can help you. Exact opposite of other big box hardware stores. Pricing is fairly comparable although slightly higher than competitors but totally worth it given the high-level of service.

I came into the store to find a connector that would go from a propane tank connection to a gas range. Home Depot was not able to help me out. I came to the store for the first time and sure enough, they got me exactly what I wanted.

This is going to be my favorite hardware store henceforth. They have practically everything that you can think of for electrical, plumbing, paint, the lawn and garden, tools, etc.

Seems to be a family-owned store and they are very friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love and recommend this place. The employees are always super helpful and nice. If you have ever been to the big box stores (HD) and tried to find help (not just find product) you know that it's lacking.

O'Day Hardware is great.

The O'Day family is a pillar in the Pearland community.

This is a family owned hardware and tool rental place straight out of the 1970s. It has a superior customer service element t and about every nu and bolt combination you can imagine.

Their rental prices are really reasonable, and they have generators pressure washers etc.

In this 100° heat, the capacitor in our AC unit went out and we were in such a bind. This happened after 5 PM and just about everyone was closed for the day. We called O'Day literally minutes before closing and they saved our day!! I wish I had asked their names because they went above and beyond to help us! Thanks so much!

Very helpful folks literally grabbed everything I needed for me. Delightful folks. Will return. Came for a hydraulic hose replacement and Jose helped me and I was in and out in no time!!

One of the few places where you have the workers come to you and ask you if you need help. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My fastest in and out was less than 5 min, ask for the item I needed the staff member grabbed it for me and I was gone after paying. Highly recommend it

So many supplys. I am impressed by the organization of the store. Plus I was not expecting simpson ties. Perfect place for a rare tool.

My first visit was to pick up a uHaul item. I can't tell you how impressed I was with the employees friendliness and welcoming attitudes. Such a difference from the big box stores.

I can't wait to go in and browse around when I get a chance. I will definitely be shopping here. I highly recommend.

Although O'Day is out of my way I would probably drive twice as far and pay a higher price for the quality customer service I've always received there. They always great you as you come in and not more than one minute goes by someone is asking if you need assistance in not only finding what you need but, also give you great advice on the "how" to do things. I still shop at the big box hardware stores but, I make it a point to always try shop at O'Days as often as I can...Thanks for your great employees and great service....RV

O'Day's is the best hardware store in Pearland. Everyone here is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Unlike the big box stores their staff understands your needs and the materials you need for every household task.

Have seldom came into this store without being greeted as I walk-in and asked Everytime if they can me find anything. Always knowledgeable folks here and very rare I do not find what I am looking for. Great hardware store and extremely large fastener bolts, nuts, washers, of any size, thread, pitch, metric or standard, in many different materials and grades.

Just wanted to let you know you guys have the greatest service in the area. I went to another ACE hardware store down the road and I went in and saw 3 employees standing behind the counter. I stopped and asked them what I was looking for a hot wooden screw. They replied back and the one thought was a manager told me to go to ales 33 he told me I should fined what I'm looking for there. On my way over there I got to thinking why didn't one of they just come to help me look for what I needed they were all 3 just standing behind the counter? I had my grandson with me and I told him lets go. On my way out another employee did approach me and ask me if I had found what I was looking for and I replied to him NO but thanks for asking this happen in front of the counter I wanted to make sure the other employees heard me. On the way out I explained to my grandson that that store does not understated we do not have to spend our money there we as a buyer have a chose we and drive down the road and get what we need. That when we entered you store and immediately we asked if there was something we could be helped with. This employee at first showed me what we did not needed and after I explain to him what I was doing we went to another section of the store and he provided me with exactly what I needed.At the end I asked him if he had 2 minutes to visit with me and he said yes so I moved up my grand son and explain to your employee what had occurred at the other store and I want to make sure my grandson understood what had occurred. Thank you for your service and Please continue giving that service because I have already send some emails to all my email contact list about this and I've already received some phone call on the other stores service. I will be returning to your store and I believe others will also.
