Rep. Was so very helpful and knowledgeable for our needs. He got us everything we needed to do the job. And was very friendly in doing so.

Just want to say thank you for the wonderful customer service. I forgot what that was like but it was a great reminder of how it feels to be treated like you matter. Bravo, team! Thanks, Omar, for your help and kindness. Omar told me about the sale coming up, checked out the paint I had purchased a year ago and offered to carry the paint cans to my car. I said, no, I'm good and he said please let me carry them out. I almost fell over. I had forgotten what customer service was like. Everything is so self-service now but it really makes a difference to be like this store. Keep up the great work - it really does make a difference.

I received such excellent customer service yesterday at this location. Marlon was kind and recommended I create an account to save money on today's purchase, which I didn't hesitate to do. He was also courteous to bring both gallons of paint to my car without me even asking 😃 I highly recommend this location for all of your paint needs!

I don’t usually post. But I just felt the need to express my appreciation for the great customer service that this staff shows. Michelle is a great manager!
When I visited the store she approached us to see if we needed help without any hesitation and explained the different types of paint and informed us of the different services they provide to aid in choosing colors.
Another instance when I called to inquire about placing an order the staff member informed me that their store did not carry the paint that I needed but was able to tell where I was able to find it. This saved me from having to call around searching.
Thanks for going the extra mile for your customers!

I prefer this location in Pearland over the Shadow Creek location because I can get in and out, rather than standing in a line for a long time...so it really is worth driving a few extra miles. They are pleasant, professional and helpful with paint to the vehicle.

First visit to this store. The customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond to help me locate my product and account. The paint was great as always. I love the quality and the final look. The employees quickly mixed my paint to perfection. Paint specialists.

The Manager is blessed to have such a skilled staff. I want to specifically complement Steven for his hard work and effort in helping my family and I with our extremely heavy five gallon bucket of paint. That young man deserves a raise!
