The Medicine Shoppe

I love the Medicine Shoppe and everyone employed there. They are friendly, and helpful with whatever your need is. Brian is the absolute best , he always make you feel like you are a part of his medicine shoppe family. He provides care and and a friendly welcome to each individual. Love them much.

We love our Medicine Shoppe! We left one of the big chain pharmacies after the second time they botched filling a prescription and decided to give Medicine Shoppe a try. We have been very happy. They know you when you walk in or pull up to the window, and have fantastic service. You have to plan ahead sometimes since they aren't a 24hr store, but the personal service and attention to detail is well worth it.

11/9/21 Amendment: My disabled brother recently had to go to an independent living facility, due to a death in the family. Erica and staff have been amazing!
They are dose packing his meds and took such care to make sure everything was correct. Since I live over 2 hours away they also handle delivering his OCT needs, as they arise. This pharmacy really cares about their patients!

The staff is always fast and very friendly. No one has ever been rude. A gentleman (I can't remember names)always cracks me up and laughter is one heck of a natural medicine. The free delivery is a great idea that helps people immensely. They gave me a COVID booster plus the flu vaccine and neither were painful.Thank you all so much!

Cannot say enough about Matt and his team. Professionalism with a personal touch. Yes, I will miss my Kroger gas points, but there are some things more important than a few pennies at the pump. Like having confidence in service and comfort with relationships. From free delivery to free pill packing, this list of benefits is endless. The bottom line is that each person at the pharmacy represents the brand beautifully and it is obvious, they know WHY they do what they do.

HAVE WIDE FEET?-- TRY MEDICINE SHOPPE.
I am not diabetic--I simply have wide, difficult to fit feet. Pharmacist Matt, a trained and certified shoe fitter, suggested I try diabetic shoes (which they sell)--and it worked!! He even provided one pair in two different sizes for me at no extra charge!
They are pretty (not "orthotic" looking), amazingly comfortable, and the same or better priced than wide shoe stores. I am so thankful Matt and his team located in our neighborhood. Friendly, compassionate, and goes the extra mile in service. Highly recommend.

UNHELPFUL and VERY RUDE people. I took my friend there for some information about the vaccination. The guy were shouting out loud about his immigration identity in the whole store. We left and got awesome help at another store.

Snow storm coming in tonight into tomorrow morning they close at 1 on Saturday and won’t let a friend get her sleeping meds tonight said they will have them ready tomorrow morning early which they will probably not open till later 2-4 inches of snow no one is trying to get out in that mess CVS is a way better place to shop people
