Edible Arrangements

The first thing that must be known: I have used Edible Arrangements more than 5 times this year alone. So this review comes with a lot of 'experience'. LOL This one is specific to the Pearland TX - Broadway St. The most important thing I make sure is that when I am making a call, I am big on putting the person answering the phone at ease. Well, that was not the case with this. She answered the phone and that voice was bright like sunshine and friendly and immediately I felt at ease. The reason for my call was my order had a couple of mistakes and she was so kind and gracious. I actually thought that the order I had put in for the same day delivery at an early afternoon hour would not be able to be delivered that day. I was totally going to be ok with this because I actually did not consider the time change between Colorado and Texas. *facepalm* But for her? She made sure that I knew they were working on the order right then and that this was no problem for them. How can you NOT love that kind of customer service. That just actually surprised me. This store will be my go to as the person that the order was going to actually is a co-worker. I will, without one hesitation, call them back and keep them as my preferred. You CANNOT pay for this type of Customer Service. I am thrilled and happy. Don't hesitate. They will take very good care of you. My guarantee!

My arrangement for my Mothers Birthday was absolutely beautiful & delicious! Lol it was enough for all her grandkids & great grandkids to share. 😋😜 Thank youuuu so much for the great customer service.... Oooh and the 1st try of yall smoothie was awesome! God bless you. 🙏🏽

My Mother ordered a balloon delivery for me this week for a Birthday surprise. Once they arrived, I sent her a photo of them, and she was a bit disappointed they weren't what she had selected, or what the photo she saw online looked like. She called and spoke with someone at this location directly, and they quickly apologized, and offered to deliver me another balloon bouquet that same night, in the rain! So very pleased with the beautiful balloons, and my Mother was happy that I received what she originally intended.

Called on a Friday evening for a delivery on Saturday. Y'all did an awesome job of helping us decide what the best arrangement and the best price available was for my Aunt's 91st birthday and delivered it at a perfect time!! Everyone there for the party was extremely impressed and had many great comments for me to hear when I called. It warmed my heart to hear how wonderful this gift was to my Aunt and other family members... these ladies had a fit! THANK YOU!! (my only complaint is that you were going to photo it and text it to me but forgot. Not a biggie!)

The customer service here was like none other. I was waiting in my truck for a few minute and the specialists hand delivered the product to my car! I'll be back. Also, they do have a 10% military discount. Pretty cool, seems like they love their work, and care about the customers.

Wow!! The customer service was amazing at this location! I came in on a rainy Monday after work to get an arrangement, and Donavan provided a lot of insight on the beautiful fruit baskets. He was patient and ensured that I received the best price! Please ask for him if you ever are at this location... such a genuine, kind-hearted gentleman. He is definitely an asset to this organization and this Pearland location.

I live in another country and ordered a arrangement from here for my parents 50th anniversary.. I believe her name was Tara who called. I can’t remember for sure but she was extremely helpful. She called to confirm that I wanted one as big as I had ordered. She offered to refund if I wanted to size down. I would’ve never known just how huge the order I placed was because I did it online but it would’ve been way too big So we talked about sizing down and then She also offered to do any other customizations and was very helpful and friendly. And My parents absolutely loved it!

Ive been using edible arrangements since 2017 ! Donovan is always at my local edible arrangements store for the ones I don’t get them hand delivered. He’s always helpful and in a great mood! Excellent above and beyond service with very little notice! I live out of state and needed a floral arrangement sent to a customer by 10am the next day and after calling around this was the place to pull through with less than 24 hours notice!

The arrangement was for my nephew - wishing him a great first day at kindergarten. Two associates delivered the arrangement and both wished him a great first day at kindergarten. That extra touch was great. He was over the moon! He really enjoyed his arrangement and I’m thankful for the extra effort of the associates to make the delivery special. Thanks!!

I absolutely LOVE this location! There is another location closer to my house, but I will always go to this one. My arrangements are always beautiful and delicious. The staff is friendly and professional. Can’t recommend them enough!

This was the only store amongst all of the usual Valentine's Gift players in Pearland that was able to do a less-than 24 hour turn around delivery to save my hide on Valentine's Day. Great service and very prompt delivery. Thank you so much!

This place is amazing the fruit there is always fresh. The employees are kind and friendly. Best place to buy fruit. The caramel dipped in chocolate apples are my favorite. Overall great environment and always clean.

Beautiful edible fruit arrangements.Boxed dipped fruit also. My favorite are the bananas. They have strawberries and apples to.The fruit is fresh and they deliver.You can get balloons to.
