Houston Memorial Gardens

I'm deeply saddened at the services that I have received during the loss of my only beloved son! I was given a date by Stephanie that his Marker would be placed only to be told on 12/27 that it would be leaving Minnesota the 2nd week of February/23. After that, it will take another 2 weeks before it is actually placed. It's so unfortunate that you have to go through this after the loss of a love one. Loosing a love one is hard, but the lack of professionalism from this organization makes it that much harder. At the burial, we were told that my son would be buried in a certain area but upon returning to visit, he was not in the space that Stephanie originally stated. The staff member that was sent over to direct us to the site, did not speak very fluent english so to be honest, I truly don't feel confident that we were visiting the correct grave. The cemetery could at least place a small medal nameplate on the graves until the actual headstone is set. All they seem to be concerned with is accepting your funds for services that are horrible, and then forgetting about you. I left several messages for call backs and calls were not returned. If there was a way that I could have my son removed from this place I would. No family deserves this kind of treatment.

I stopped by and pissed on George's grave. It was such a great experience.

I recently lost my Godmother and we put her in a vault. They agreed to open the cemetery for us on a Sunday for a reasonable amount. They will definitely work with you to do all they can to get your loved one buried without hesitation

Never forget ya bro, Marco Antonio Mejia-Oliva October 11, 2000-October 22, 2019 🥲🥲🥲, made me happy and all of that, i know we’ve fought each other, but at the end, we settle ourselves & made a dream come true both of us, not all the time we hangout, becuz he was such a busy man at moving industry 🚚, but I must say this, he made me my day and sometimes, we go to movies, malls, eat, & the list goes on, but yeah, just wanted to say this, In a Honor Memory of my late bro Marco 2000-2019, until then bro, see ya again, Thanks for making me laugh, happy, and all that, good times with him then, if it wasn’t for him, im nothing & becuz I had him, now i can live my life, Oh man bro tho, Idk why you had to go now 😖😖😭😭 (Pls people, excuse me with my poor writing)

Everyone was Very Very Nice to us Especially Mrs. Angie. We are aIso paying for the burial plot for our father, just to he prepared.

Great customer service...the lady even went to my moms house to agree on the name plack.... good people..my Dad is there...across the street though...they are still doing Burial's so it gets muddy when it rains but other than nature it is well maintained...we are even purchasing extra lots here...they have payment plans if you are interested...we never really think about this until it touches close to home...😭

They are very timly and they send my payment receipts right on time. I thank them for being prompt. And the director was very sweet and caring.

The business has run really well in my view for t locations last 6 decades at least.

Several times over the years I have dealt witht the Howards at Houston Memorial Gardens. This is a first class operation and I highly recommend them.
