I rarely shop in a brick and mortar for clothes, but my mother loves Cato's, so on a recent shopping trip, this was a must stop. The store is well stocked, organized, and very clean. Service was excellent. I bought a couple of tops and they seem to be good quality for the price.

I love this place! They have such cute stuff at awesome prices and the clearance racks have incredible deals! I can't believe I waited so long to stop in!

I absolutely love Cato's @ the 720 West Elk Avenue Elizabethton TN 37643 !! Ashley the store manager and her employees Star, Santia ( not sure of the spelling) were excellent when I went to the store yesterday! Everytime I enter this location I am greeted with kindness and given a helping hand regardless of what my needs are ! They spent time helping me find the perfect outfit for an upcoming event. Very dedicated to helping and going out of their way. I'll definitely be back !! Thank you ladies !

I have shopped at Cato for years. My experience today at this particular Cato was by far my best!! The salesperson, Nikki, was amazing! Very knowledgeable about fashion and genuinely seemed to love hee job!! I will most definitely recommend this store to everyone!!

This place is a joy to go into the staff is very supportive and at the same time they give you freedom to look and never rush you. I loved my visit and definitely would recommend everyone to visit this place you will enjoy the items and you can shuffle thru the clearance racks and the new items are really not that high very inexpensive but very nice,. Get your keys and your bag and go now😀

The ladies are nice, the place is HUGE. I am so glad I came in instead of Johnson City Cato because the store is much bigger and larger selection. It beats driving to the Asheville Cato. Great job!
