I went into the Lenoir store after making a phone call to ask a question. I'm not sure of the man's name that helped me. I'm pretty sure I saw store manager on his name tag. He was wonderful. He went above and beyond to explain things to me. It was definitely welcome to be treated as a customer and not some female. I wanted to say thank you and I hope he gets the recognition that he deserves.
