Thank you, Dr Rhetta Aiken Conn and staff at Coldwater Vision Center, for working us in so quickly! My son had a tiny spec of metal, that had started to rust, on his eyeball!! The level of care he received is excellent!

*If you are looking for an eye doctor, I highly recommend anyone at Coldwater Vision, but I’m a little partial to Dr. Conn! I’ve been examined there my whole life and I’ve always had top notch care…very knowledgeable and thorough!!

I was very impressed with my recent visit to Coldwater Vision Center. The ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile, and were very nice. I didn't have an appointment, but they weren't rude about it at all. They explained they would fit me in and altogether I was only there for a little over an hour, which is less time than I have spent at other places even with an appointment. Everything was very neat and clean. Dr.May was very attentive and listened to all my concerns. I never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend this place!

I've always enjoyed going to Coldwater Vision. State of the art equipment, kind employees, a wide arrangement of frame brands, they don't have you waiting long, and they except most insurances... what else could you ask for.

The office is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff are all super sweet and Dr. Taylor was very attentive and helpful. He patiently described everything to me and answered all my questions. I had to get a new pair of glasses, and they were ready the day after my appointment -- I have never received a new pair of glasses so quickly prior to coming here; it normally takes about a week to get them back at other eye doctors, in my experience. My glasses were perfectly adjusted on the first attempt and they're super comfy and stylish. They have a great selection of reasonably priced frames. I am very impressed by Coldwater Vision Center and their exceptional service. I will definitely be a regular patient from this point forward!

Coldwater Vision has been amazing with our family. We have been going there for years and are always treated like family. The staff is friendly and willing to answer questions, especially from a curious kid. It’s a pleasant experience each time we go. Dr. May is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make our kids feel special.

The staff at Coldwater Vision are always nice and courteous. The appointments are done in a timely manner, so there is not a long wait. Their eye wear selection is on trend and affordable. This office has been newly renovated and has a clean modern look with a home town feel. I really enjoy having them as my eye care doctor

I've been going here for years. The one time I didn't decide to go, I received ok service at the second place but nothing like at Coldwater Vision. With insurance their prices are amazing- I've never been without. Contact prices are priced at a rate that is better than other places. The optometrist are all so nice and lovely. I forgot to pick up my glasses for two months due to living in another county and when I finally lost my old pair and had to call in and ask them if they would ship them (on a Friday), I received them (on a Tuesday) at no extra cost. Will recommend to anyone in North MS who's looking for help!

We have been going here for several years now and think they are the best! The staff are always very kind, friendly, helpful, and professional . The medical team is straight up awesome! They are genuinely concerned about you and your vision health and have always been spot on with their diagnosis and treatment. They are never rushed and always take the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer every question. We highly recommend them to everyone!

I've been a patient here for several years. I would highly recommend. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional and always helpful. Dr. Conn is wonderful. She takes the time to listen to what you have to say and is very knowledgeable about her field. The services provided are very up to date and not archiac. Love Dr. May and staff!! He is a great doctor and very personable! He goes out of his way to treat issues I have with my eyes and he is also great with my 6 year old daughter! Although they are over an hour away from me since I moved, I will continue to make the drive!

Dr.Mays is amazing !!!!! He has the sweetest personality and the knowledge he has is way above and beyond ANY eye doctor I have ever seen . I totally love everyone in the Coldwater ,Ms office . The girls from the front desk to the back office are so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend this office to anyone needing vision care. FIVE STARS TO DR.MAYS. ❤

Where to start????
I have made several visits. Never had a bad visit. Personnel are great, friendly and very knowledgeable. Any issues with my glasses were met with immediate response and correction.
Facilities are superb. It was a pleasure to be in this office.
Appointment times were met on time. Very refreshing!!!!!

I love Coldwater Vision Center. The staff and Doctors are all wonderful. My entire family and I have went here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I had a problem with my last pair of glasses(Not their fault btw glasses had to be made at my Vision insurance company). And they had been wonderful trying to correct the problem. Love Love Love these people.

I love Coldwater Vision. Everyone in the office is very friendly and accommodating. They always make sure the patient is completely taken care of. Any time I've had to pop in, they are so gracious to try a work me in. Great place - I wouldn't trust my eye care to anyone else.

The staff was amazing. Starting with the receptionist to the medical assistant and the doctor; everyone was so nice. I brought my son in and everyone respected him and played with him and made me feel so comfortable. They are phenomenal and deserve huge raises .

The doctors were both kind and listening to my explanation of my complicated eye history, which was important, of course, to communicate. But still they were nice about it. I received excellent care too. Much appreciate all the people there and their expertise.

That we are willing to drive almost an hour from Oxford to Coldwater for eye care should say something about how much we value Coldwater Vision Center. Dr. May is one of the most up to date and knowledgeable eye care specialists we have ever known, always aware of the latest discoveries in his field. We have also been impressed with his knowledge of and helpfulness with insurance matters. There are no surprises in Coldwater Vision's billings, as he also has a competent support staff who are always polite and helpful. We were just saying yesterday that this is one of the few medical offices/clinics which honors appointment times promptly for the patient...and it's still a busy place.

I LOVE going to Coldwater Vision. They are the nicest, most helpful people i have ever met. I feel welcome every time i go in there. If something is wrong with my glasses or they just need to be tighten up, I stop by and they help me. Wait time is normally less than 5 minutes from the time i arrive for my appointment to the time I am taken to see the nurse. Even then it does not take me long here. Dr. Conn is AMAZING! Any questions, no matter how stupid they seem to me, she always answers them and explains anything i do not understand. I will forever go to Coldwater Vision Center!!

Coldwater Vision has the friendliest staff and a great group of doctors. I have always felt welcomed and believe I get the best care of my eyes. Definitely would recommend.

I have been going to Coldwater Vision Center for 17 years and I've seen almost every doctor there. All of the doctors are excellent. They are kind, professional, and very good at what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top quality eye care.
