Excellent customer service! I came in 30 minutes before close( did not realize until later) to ask about a phone issue. John Michael was very kind and stayed late to help me get the best deal and a great new phone!! Thanks so much!

Val & the other girl working here on weds evening were so kind, helpful, and patient with us. We had an issue with my husband’s phone, and I needed a new phone too. Val patiently walked us through all the options, helped us set up our new phones, and even listened to a song my husband had written for me for Valentines Day! We walked out with 2 new phones and 2 new friends. Thanks, Verizon staff, for your amazing service!!!

Went to Verzion a few weeks back and had the best experience with a guy name John Michael I believe. He's a speed talker, but definitely gets the job. People complain about the prices. He broke everything down for me and my wife. Definitely will be doing business with him soon with our three children. Best decision switching from bat At&t.

Outstanding Customer Service! The two employees which assisted my wife and I were extremely helpful and patient. Knew exactly what we needed and well equipped to meet our needs. Not too many of these employees around anymore. Thank you!

Valarie is in the Hernando Verison store and she is very helpful and knowledge. She was a very pleasant person to work with.

I made a mistake and left Verizon for AT&T, and I’m back with Verizon after a week! Verizon is the best! The Hernando location had the best customer service! I had 3 people, including the manger, helping me. AT&T was one big headache! And Verizon welcomed me back home…lol I’m never leaving again!

I would like to say that I am soooooooo EXCITED and glad i came in today. I met John Michael and he has to be the BEST and GREATEST person I've encountered in so long I can't remember. I would like to thank Verizon for hiring su h individuals like him. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE him. He helped me in such a timely manner it was ridiculous. I would come by just to say hi to him!!!
