4 new tires and inspection. Very pleased with the pricing, service, and tires. Completed on time and no surprise fees. Shout out on their customer care. Got note car was done at 3:30, and my fault, didn't know they close at 4 so I was hustling to get a ride and ended up just running there, I called to let them know and they were kind enough to wait for me, so I appreciated that.

I’m very happy with my experiences so far. Yesterday I stopped in because I was notified. My tires were too low. I asked Franklin who was manning the desk during lunch hour about it. He said he could do it since the technicians were out. His attitude was so wonderful.
In my prior visits, I worked with Daisy at the desk. They are both wonderful. I had a battery replaced there about 100 bucks cheaper than the dealership I will go back. I have confidence in this place and the people are so nice.

I had an amazing experience at the Cole Park chapel hill tire. I went to get an oil change because they offered a deal for teacher appreciation week and the staff was SUPER friendly. I don’t remember the guy at the front desks name but he was young with brown hair, anyways, he was FANTASTIC. Then, I used the shuttle service and was driven to my work by a really nice man and it was a stress free experience. Will definitely be back. Thanks for supporting local teachers!!!

As always when I take in my vehicle for whatever issue they are solid pros that properly fix vehicle issue/s. Give you solid recomendations on what your vehicle may need doen the line. A bit pricey but Solid Guarantee! Can't beat that. Friendly good people.

I got to the perfect place when I had car trouble away from home on Labor Day weekend: Chapel Hill Tire on 15/501 and a woman named Daisy! Professional, understanding and thorough, Daisy led me through all the steps that would take place to repair my car, got all my contact information and handled everything exactly as she said she would. From start to finish Daisy provided me with every detail I needed to get back on the road, even including pictures of how I could get to the car after-hours. If you’re in trouble, give Daisy a call!

I have bought two sets of Michelin tires for my Honda CR-Vs at the Cole Park Chapel Hill Tire Store since moving to Chapel Hill in 2020. Each time the staff was very courteous, professional and provided great service from start to finish. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. I keep coming back because they treat me right. What more can any customer ask for.

I was actually taking donations to the thrift store a couple doors down when I heard a hissing noise coming from my tire. Realized an old rusty KEY had somehow punctured my tire. So I mean, hate when that happens but y’all, these guys saved me. They were able to plug the hole quickly and from the second I walked in, I felt so welcomed; everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and so friendly. Definitely check these guys out!! 10/10

My 2006 Mini Cooper recently had 2 visits to Chapel Hill Tire on 15-501 for separate issues, and I was quite pleased with the service on both visits. All the folk there are helpful and polite. I've worked mostly with Mike whom I now think of as my Mini's "health care coordinator," because he readily recognized her needs.

After her new tires and alignment, she became really responsive and now hugs the road tightly. Her cornering is a dream. The tires are great. The alignment is perfect, not always true at other car repair places.

Even better is the car's response to the Engine Performance Service. No other car repair place ever offered it. It was SOOO worth it. My little girl purrs like a kitten and has the gitty-up she had when she was a newborn. I can punch it and she really varooms. I'm much more confident on the interstate now. And it's fun to drive again!

Chapel Hill Tire's prices are now competitive with Brown's Auto and Sanders. And it's super convenient because they do the work more timely and provide a reliant and friendly shuttle service.

I do not feel pressured to get additional services. They offer them with accurate quotes and thorough explanations of each service. But they prioritize the car's needs, which makes both the decision process and the budgeting much easier. And they are quite familiar with manufacturer's recommendations as well as the little quirks that a 5-speed Mini can have.

I trust them and recommend them highly without reservations .

A computer malfunction (CHT) resulted in my appointment not being booked. I called and spoke with Chris who was able to get me in regardless and saved me being late on my motorcycle registration. They were able to complete the inspection quickly. Thanks again Chris!

They were able to fit me in for an oil change because my low oil light came on and even though it was the day of the storm I got my vehicle done in a timely manner with great communication

Went in to have alignment done, was able to make appointment for the very next day, they were quick, easy and have nothing bad to say. Would definitely recommend and if I need anything else I'll be going to them.

Chapel Hill Tire at Cole Park Plaza has fixed batteries, flat tires for me in a jiffy. They check my tires when the low pressure light comes on. I purchased new tires for my truck there. They are fast, friendly, and get the job done right. 12/2020: Having not driven my truck but a handful of times since COVID, I brought it to them to check out for winter. They are fast, efficient, and always friendly. As always, the job is done right the first time. 7/2021: Inspection - fast, efficient, and gave me a list of things to think about. 2/2023: tire rotation, oil change, and make sure everything’s in working order. Fast, efficient, and neat. Thank you all again for a great job.
Just finished an oil change but asked them to check out a funny noise in the right front. Turns out I needed control rod replacement which they took care of in short order.

Very responsive called up in the morning I had a nail in my tire. They sent a tow truck out. They fixed it very quickly very very pleased. Would highly recommend them.
