Red Barn

Our church, Calvary Baptist, had a FUN-entine Banquet there tonight. We had about 35 people there. The food, service and atmosphere were great. We all had a wonderful time. Our waitress, Ashley was on point. The food was delicious. We will be back.

This place is a fantastic country gem! Dinner was delicious. But most importantly, the dessert was the best! We really enjoyed a great place where the staff was kind and caring. We'll be back as long as the doors are open.

Quaint, cozy, family-run plated and evening buffet restaurant. The people were SOOOO very friendly. The buffet was clean with real catfish, not Swai. Good, country food. That sweet tea was delicious. I would drive back for a pitcher. Took my parents for their anniversary. They made their evening special.

Wonderful place. It's a destination restaurant. Staff could not have been friendlier and welcoming. Food was fabulous with maybe a few misses that did not detract overall from the meal. There were four of us and food was taken home due to large portions. We shared a small basket of boneless wings, perfection with barbecue sauce. Collectively, our plates included fried pork cops, chicken livers, chicken tenders, all bursting with flavor. I had the chicken livers lightly covered with onions and gravy. I think the best I've ever had. Perfectly brewed sweet tea. Mashed potatoes were good. I'll pass next time on the turnip greens and johnny cake. Thoroughly enjoyed snd will return.

First time eating at the Red Barn and it definitely won't be the last. Great food and great service. Prices are very reasonable.

The food is great, the employees are great. I have never had a bad experience at The Red Barn. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The folks are very cordial. Enjoyed every bite. The country fried steak was fork tender with tremendous white gravy. The cheesecake was delightful. Very nice family atmosphere in a country style decor. Great place.

We love eating here. The food is great. The servers are super nice. They have a great buffet on Friday nights and a wonderful breakfast buffet on Saturday mornings.

The best southern summer sunset sweet tea you could ask for. Along with some of the best home made style food you could ask for at a price that will have you asking how do they afford to stay open. You will feel like you are eating Sunday dinner in Mayberry with Aunt B

So enjoyed our first visit to the Red Barn! Fried green tomatoes and fish were crunchy and flavorful! Potato salad was delicious and the Sunshine cake was perfect ending!! Great service too! Will definitely be back!!

My first time back after their reopening from the tornado damage. I love the way they've redone the place. The new buffet is outstanding with a great assortment of meats and plenty of home cooked sides. Oh and the peach cobbler was so good. The service was so out of this world good that when I paid for our meals and went to tip our waitress that I had to give it to the hostess and ask her to give it to our waitress because there were so many waitresses there making we had everything we needed. Nice job new and improved Red Barn Cafe!

Update: Country Fried Steak, still as good as it's ever been. We also tried their fried chicken livers, yum! Don'ttypicallyget dessert, but we did this time. I got the Hot Fudge Sundae - heavy on the fudge 😋 and my daughter said the cheesecake was delicious.

Love the new location! I HIGHLY recommend the country fried steak. It was out of this world!

THIS IS A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH...DON'T LET OUTSIDE FOOL YOU...INSIDE IS SO WARMING, COUNTRY DECORATED AND THE BEST STAFF YOU COULD ASK FOR. THEY ARE ALWAYS BUSY BUT YOU NEVER FEEL RUSHED OR ANYTHING LESS THAN THEIR ONLY CUSTOMER. THE FOOD IS SUPER HOMEMADE SOUTHERN BUT THEY CAN CRANK IT UP TO BLACKENED, GRILLED, SUPER FLAVORFUL CATFISH, PORK CHOPS. THE FRIDAY AND SATALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET IS NEVER A DIASAPPOINTMENT. THEY EVEN HAVE A BREAKFAST BUFFET ON SATURDAY MORNING. THIS IS A LITTLE PIECE OF COUNTRY HAPPINESS. We have done take out and dine in...there is no difference in cook or amount.

Really enjoyed this place! Recommended to several people and they enjoyed it as well! A regular burger had 2 meat patties and a double had 4. My sister had patty melt and really enjoyed it also. Will definitely return to try the fish which a customer recommended while we were there!

Excellent, Great service & Great food!

Great little country restaurant!! I had the Steak and potato this time and the Chicken tenders last time and all was GREAT!!! The service was awesome and the owner is always coming around talking to everyone to make sure you are doing ok.
