SOLD ME TRUCK WITH CRACKED FRAME! BUYER BEWARE!

I bought this Toyota Tacoma on Jan 31 Cash from this dealer! And now he is saying that I am out of luck! And that MS doesn't offer any protections for used car buyers! So now I am out thousands of dollars and have a worthless truck!

ZERO STARS! Gary is incredibly rude without reason and has terrible communication skills. He insulted me for asking about the mileage on a truck I was interested in purchasing. Needless to say, I'm no longer interested and I advise everyone else to look elsewhere for a vehicle.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!! I bought a truck from this place and the truck quit on me very soon after the purchase. I went back up there to see if he would fix it for me thinking that’s would a “good business” would do! Well after speaking with him about it I told him “I took your word for it when you told me it was a good running truck and I wouldn’t have any problems”. He then started hollering at me and cussing at me saying I was lying that no one ever said that to me (which they did for a fact) and I needed to shut the hell up! I remained calm and told him sorry for the inconvenience and came back later with a total different attitude lol...This is the worst place to ever buy a vehicle.. please don’t buy from this place!

The man who runs this lot is horribly rude with terrible communication skills. When speaking to my fiancé (via FB messenger) he told us the price was negotiable. We made a 30 minute trip to the lot only for him to say he “told us upfront that the price was firm.” We have screenshots showing that was incorrect. Then when asked about financing, he said they don’t offer that although the website and sign on top of the building state otherwise. He took the keys and threw his hand up dismissively while walking away. I’m glad we didn’t give this lot our money.

Messaged the owner asking about a truck and was talked to terribly and insulted. Owner is a horrible person who runs a shady scam of a business. Also the owner has the grammar and communication skills of a toddler.

I’d give zero stars if I could. These guys are a joke and don’t stand behind the vehicles they sell at all. I doubt they even check the oil before putting a vehicle on the lot. Not their problem if the engine seizes on your way out the lot.

That is a complete lie. They sold a buddy of mine a Tacoma that has holes rusted completely through the frame that you can almost stick your fist in. I guess in their mind that is safe, reliable and well maintained...maybe they think it’s weight reduction or speed holes to improve fuel economy. When the rusted out frame was discovered after sale they refused to even attempt to make the situation right.
