Great doctor and medical practice! At normal practices these days you are herded around and only get a few fleeting moments with a doctor, probably to never see them again. This is medicine done the right way: Long term, personalized, concierge medicine. The care I have had here is the best I have ever had. Here you feel as though you are the main focus of the doctor and not just 'the next patient in room #2.' At each visit Dr. Granger has spent a generous amount of time with me while we discussed my healthcare needs and treatment options. Dr. Granger has a sharp medical knowledge and great bedside manner. I have no plans of seeking primary care elsewhere as long as Primus and Dr. Granger are in business!

Dr. Granger's practice of proactive and hands-on health care is fantastic. I've been his patient for less than a year and already spent more time in front of him in two visits, than probably the last 3 or 4 years with my previous Chapel Hill physician. He is interested, engaging, listens well and spends the time required to get to know his patients. Frankly I don't really feel like "a patient" at all. I know when I'm sick, he's a quick phone call or visit away, no phone trees, waiting in lines, unreasonable future appointments or the like. So whether you're in need of a Chapel Hill, Pittsboro, Chatham County, Carrboro physician or wherever, I highly encourage you to check out Dr. Granger. And don't let the small number of reviews discourage you, this is a new office. Dr. Granger has been practicing medicine for a good long time.

Dr. Granger's approach to medicine shows how much he truly cares for his patients. He takes time to listen to each concern and carefully considers the best treatment options. He has taken excellent care of my son through illness and injuries and I recommend him highly.
