AT&T Store

The associate, I believe his name was Collin, was excellent. I must say, I was very impressed by his performance. He greeted me as I entered the door, even though he was helping another customer. As soon as he finished with them, he asked if he could assist me. He was kind and done a great job at making me feel like he cared about helping. All of these are important characteristics for anyone working in customer service!

Jake was very helpful and got me upgraded right away, 10/10. Never had an issue with AT&T or this location either.

Cody Ellis was super nice and was very helpful . He went over a lot of things but didn't pressure me into purchasing anything . Just great service overall from Cody Ellis and I definitely will return to 226 store in the future even for just paying my bill .

I had had a troubling experience at another ATT store. I stopped by and Holly was very helpful and apologetic for our previous experience. What a great experience. She went over and above. I left extremely pleased. Holly was very helpful and well trained. Her customer service skills were over the top!

Friendly, competent service. My son initiated our plan in another state, so my situation was complicated. Hope knew exactly what to do and took care of everything for me. I highly recommend this store.

Courtney in the ATT store was very helpful. She was finally able to give me a working SIM card after I had no phone service for 6 days straight.

This ATT store was FAR MORE helpful than I can say for ATT's toll free customer service number. It took me 6 solid days to get my service transferred back to ATT from Xfinity Mobile (Xfinity Mobile's snake in the grass tactics and customer service is an entire hellish story all in and of itself). I won't even go in to the nightmare I experienced dealing with ATT's toll free number customer service reps. Hours and hours and hours ranting on the phone with them every single day from April 13 through April 19! Do NOT attempt to change phone carriers unless you are 10000% certain that you are not going to have to switch back. It will run your blood pressure through the roof.

This is such a great store. I dealt with a young lady and she was so nice and extremely helpful! The store also uses great precautions to help keep you safe during the pandemic. I highly recommend doing business here!

This stores associates helped me with an issue I was having with AT&T corporate... They far exceeded my expectations and went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend this store to anyone. A+++ in my book!

Just can’t say enough about this place. Went in this morning to get 3 new different phones, switch plans, add this, subtract that and on and on and on...two hours later we were all set. The girls had an answer to every question we had (lots) and got us all together. Had we been left to do all this ourselves we would have kept our home phones!!!! Thanks Kenzie and Malia so much!!!

Customer service was great. Hope was the one who helped me and she was very helpful with finding the perfect plan and phone. I will definitely tell family and friends to go see her!

They where very helpful with me and my family. Karlie the manager was AWESOME at helping us pick out the right phones for our kids and really answered all my questions! I would suggest going here anytime!!!

Not sure why name is wrong but kayla morgan and ive had great experiences and customer service at the Fulton store. Amory and west main tupelo are horrible so I refuse to go there and choose to drive to Fulton for the great service and help. Hope is wonderful, patient and takes care of us every time we visit.

Kole was awesome. His customer service skills were fantastic! We’ve always used the store I’m Tupelo on West Main but will use this store from now on.

The employees there was very courteous. Blake was very knowledgeable and helped me with my purchase.
