Learning Outside

My son has been attending Learning Outside since he was 3 years old. He started in Forest K and now he is in the afterschool programs. All of the teachers are so wonderful. They are thoughtful and caring and really pay attention to each child as an individual. We have met so many amazing people through Learning Outside. I can't imagine our lives without this wonderful place!

Excellent nature programs for children. My son attended the summer camp and there was usually 3 adults present and safe drop off/pick up policies. Most of all, time in nature and children are respected and supported with lovely learning activities such as making sauerkraut, handmade musical instruments, picking potatoes, making bracelets etc.

Learning Outside is a magical place for kids! The instructors are wonderful and create an atmosphere where the children are heard and respected. There is routine and rhythm but also exploration and learning about our natural environment. My kids always come home from there grounded and content. There's an amazing community of parents there as well! We started with Forest K in 2017 but keep coming back for their after school adventure clubs and summer camps because we all love it there so much

My 8 year old just completed a week of camp at Learning Outside and he LOVED it! He came home so happy and in just a wonderful mood. Highly recommend this camp for kids!

Our grandsons have attended these summer camps and fully enjoy the week of learning, fun and new friends. Great staff and environment!
