My old bike is back on the road thanks to Jon at Step Up Cyclery. If you have a bike, and it has a problem, I’d definitely recommend this bike shop. I think I had my bike back in a day and a half. So pleased I went ahead and dropped off my daughters bike for some needed changes! Thanks Jon!

Jon from Step Up Cyclery did quality work at a great price. He did a great job on my Rockshox fork repair. I would recommend him for any bike repair.

Very happy I visited this place for a basic tune up. Values customer service, assesses your bike, and prices things reasonably based on the amount of time he needs to spend, rather than “flat fees” for work that may or may not need to get done.

As someone who doesn’t know much about bike repair, I didn’t feel like he was trying to take advantage of my ignorance.

Note: contact him before visiting; I didn’t realize there was a “no walkins” policy but he was willing to help regardless.

I did a wonderfully horrible job putting my bike together, and badly needed some pro help. Jon was quick to respond, and he's overall a great communicator. He did an amazing job getting my bike to super smooth working order. Also, very reasonable pricing. I can't recommend him enough!

Jon did an excellent job fixing my shrieking disc brake and diagnosing and fixing my derailleur's poor shifting. He was great about communicating how long I should expect repairs to take and the cost was very reasonable. I will be using him for future repairs and would definitely recommend him to others.

Jon was able to help me on short notice to install a toddler bike seat after I gave up trying to figure out the instructions! He was kind, responsive, and very reasonably priced. I feel much more confident knowing the seat was installed properly!

Step Up Cyclery is my go to bike mechanic. Jon picked up my bike at a time that was convenient for me, had it back to me in a timely manner, and when I got my invoice I paid him more because he wasn't charging enough for what he did! I strongly recommend this service!
