Have lived here going on 4 months now hands down better than most properties friendly neighbors quiet street everyone keeps to themselves unless you start a conversation neighbors watch out for each other and the owners are outstanding with keeping everything up to date

I have a friend that lives there. I grew up in independence and the trailer park has been there before I was born. Like 50 years. It could have plumbing issues and there are sink holes. The lots are small , so the trailers are pretty much stacked on top of one another.

The owners / managers are crooks , they are heartless selfish lier scam artist they are rude qnd scandalous they don't care qbout the mobile homes being safe and sanitary they never fix anything or contact you back and they love to put people on the streets they don't take care of the property the weeds are over 4 ft tall and they are evicting everyone that's been there for a long time they are even forcing people out of their homes that the tenants own and accept emergency rental assistance and still filing eviction with Jackson county after get double what rent was owed qnd doubling it again for late fees , they are grimy qnd scandalous qnd it's nor a place you want to live
