I took my truck to the Antwerp, and they were very effective with time. Considering the damage, my truck was totaled, but wonderful people worked with me and even let me put all my aftermarket parts back on it. In only 24 days, everyone else said 2 months or more

My experience was pleasant, and I left with the car I wanted. Mike provided excellent customer service--he read my rhythm and allowed me to take my time looking under the hood, with no pressure tactics. He asked me what I wanted and respected me time and my money!

It was a pleasant experience to lease a new vehicle from Antwerpen Mitsubishi. Rohan, the sale representative, was very friendly and engaging. He provided straightforward and honest answers to my questions, which made the process very smooth. I came from Virginia to get a particular deal on a Outlander PHEV, which had both dealership and tax incentives. I didn't' return empty-handed as Scott, the finance manager, helped me navigate all the pricing details, and be entitled to get all the benefits applied. The wait was a bit longer than I expected but this seems normal due to all the paperwork and approvals needed to buy a vehicle. I rode my motorbike over there and returned with the vehicle I purchased. They offered to keep my bike in their shop safe and secure until I pick it up soon later. I would definitely make business again and recommend others as well.

We traveled over one hour just to check the cars on this dealer and Michael Friend was so friendly, attentive and helpful that we returned home with a gorgeous new car. We are very happy with all the stuff customer service. Highly recommend this location.

5 stars are not even enough! Fantastic buying experience, I highly recommend AM😊I purchased a Miata convertible,I only saw it on line- completely did the whole deal on line! My car was hand delivered to me at my house the same day! Edited to add: The check engine light turned on the morning after I bought the car. They brushed over several fees including $1000 for a protective coating which I would not have purchased if it wasn’t treated as a required purchase. The spare key does not turn the ignition… perhaps I was given an incorrect spare key.

Edited again: It’s been 2 weeks since I bought my car and Blair the GM has resolved the above issues. The check engine light was diagnosed and I need a new part. It was ordered and will be installed at no cost to me. They also re-cut a spare key for me. I’m still irritated I bought the coating but that’s on me.

It was a good decision to come the this dealership, Toni and Michael were so kind and helpful, all the process went smooth and now we are enjoying our new Outlander. Thank you very much!

Brought in an old beater car but they still treated me with respect and didn't look down on me like some dealerships do. I know my car well and they listened to my explanation of what needed done. Rohan was excellent I came in looking for a car and unfortunately the Acura 2020 TLX was sold but I ended up leaving with a Nissan Maxima SV 2023. Couldn’t be happier!!
