Hey went there to reactivate my account. Took forever but the woman was super nice and had a great talk with her as the issue was being fixed. Unfortunately didn’t catch her name but she was sitting in the front wearing glasses with these pretty black and white nails on. She was a huge help and again super patient.

Mike did an excellent job. He made the transition to a new carrier seamless and efficient. He spent a great deal of time with me, answering all my questions. Thanks so much!!

I was hesitant to go into this business as I have been a bit frustrated with Verizon overall. For a variety of reasons, I am still staying with Verizon mainly because there are already too many changes going on in life. I needed to add a new line, purchase a new phone and upgrade a phone. I want to share that the experience at the Rock Spring store was a 10! Mike Eckels was phenomenal. He was straightforward, but not pushy. He made a few recommendations and took his time as I figured out what the best options were for me. We shared a few personal tidbits about our lives and connected. To me, a rapport with a salesperson is important. Mike is easy going and has the experience to provide you with a great sales experience. When I need to upgrade my other line, I will be headed to Cellular Sales and will be working with Mike.

We had an exchange to do today with a minor issue that typically wouldn’t be a huge deal but it was to me. Nick the manager did an absolutely exceptional, very professional, wonderful job helping us. He went above and beyond assisting us today and we are very pleased and grateful with his service. Very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and understanding to say the least. We can’t thank him enough. We would highly recommend seeing Nick the manager at the RockSpring location for all your cellular needs. We will absolutely be using him for all our future needs!

I had the pleasure of working with Aaron Malone at this location. I was having phone trouble and he took time to work with me to resolve my issue multiple times this week. I appreciate his patience and kindness during my visit. We had lots of laughs and I recommend seeing him if you can!

Great experience here at this store, the manager, Nick, helped us out. We transferred over two phones from another carrier to add to my account and it went through no problem, he even set everything up for us including transferring all data to our three new phones from our old phones. The other employees were also very helpful when we had to make a return visit, you can tell that they work as a team, which seems to be rarer and rarer nowadays.

Had a wonderful experience! We needed to upgrade a phone, move a phone to a new line, and get a new phone. With a very high risk child shopping looks different for me right now. My sales rep talked with me on the phone about my options, was able to help me shop before I even got to the store. We did everything curbside, including setting up the phones, transferring contacts, making sure everything worked. She checked back in with me a few days later to make sure we were happy with our purchases and that things were working well. We were very pleased with our experience, appreciated the wonderful customer service, the options we were provided, and the safety that we were afforded while still getting what we wanted and receiving excellent customer service!

I had exceptional service at this Verizon location! I was politely greeted as soon as I walked in. Eric P., the sales representative that helped me was outstanding! He was patient, friendly, and very personable. Eric helped me resolve an issue I a had with my account, obtain the best deal, and get my phone upgraded and all set up. All in all, a great experience. A huge thank you to Eric and the entire team at this Verizon location for their top notch service!

Had an issue with my phone that couldn’t be resolved via warranty. Had to upgrade my phone and the staff member that fixed my problem super quick! He went through my plan and saved me big time on our monthly and got me more features. Got a new phone, cheaper bill thank to the knowledge of Not only the products, but the plans of Eric! Alec Elderkin was truly professional and knowledgeable and helping, and not only my fiancé and her entire family, saving thousands…Might Father as well in obtaining a new service plan through Verizon wireless. He also helped us integrate Verizon Fios into the package and schedule the appointment with the technicians. He went above and beyond what I expected of him. I have been a telecom executive for 11 years of which 5 years I spent on Wall Street with Worldcom…so I speak with experience.

Just want to give a huge shout out to Steve Cutchin who works at the Verizon store at Rock Springs. Steve was very helpful when I thought I needed a new phone. Returned my call in a timely manner. Very courteous. Should train other Verizon sales reps.!!!

Got a new phone and tablet,service was very good. No waiting. The process was very prompt.

I went into this retailer this morning to help my elderly father upgrade his phone. While I sat there, I noticed that both my associate, Christian Benware, and the woman next to him, Maddie Metzner, were offering service that exceeded my expectations. Both were working with elderly people who required more from them than most customers. Christian and Maddie were kind, compassionate, listened and address concerns appropriately, and we’re just beyond reproach. Seeing customer service like this was both unusual and greatly appreciated. While their jobs were not easy, they handled things with expert attention. Job very well done, Christian and Maddie. Thank you for providing examples of how the elderly should be treated!

Worked with an excellent Sales Consultant named Gwen! Service was great. She went above and beyond in communication and made everything I needed to do super easy. She also brought discounts to my attention that I did not even know I was eligible for. Best service I have had at a Verizon store to date.
