I have been to them several times with resizing rings. Very friendly and have always been honest with me. Today I went in to see about resizing my mothers ring as to be able to wear during my graduation ceremony. He knew it was very important to me and yes it was very short notice, needed it by in the morning. He worked his magic resized and brought the beautiful shine back that it once had. Absolutely Top Notch! I can HIGHLY recommend this locally owned & operated business. I am visiting from Alaska and needed some engraving done for a Christmas gift and these guys did an awesome job. They were also super friendly to everyone that came in the door and it’s apparent that they also know their stuff. Beautiful custom pieces here! The owners are super friendly and helpful. I stumbled upon The Jewelers Workshop passing through Valdosta on our way to Florida. My daughter's ring got stuck on her finger, and it had swollen pretty badly. These kind folks were gracious enough to gently saw the ring off of her and save us a trip to the ER and not to mention our vacation. Once our crisis was averted, I previewed some of their custom creations and was quite impressed! Can't wait to have Joann design my right-hand ring!!!

Needed to have my engagement ring resized. They had it done by the next day and were so nice the whole time! The ring was so perfect afterwards that it doesn't look like it's even been sized! Such clean work!

Nice guy and his wife been in business for over 40 years. Joanne Carter is an Italian diamond designer and specialist.
Ronald Carter is an expert bench jeweler that is very knowledgeable in his field, he can literally answer any question about gold, diamonds, etc.. Nice little shop in Valdosta worth visiting even if you are not going to purchase anything as they will clean your jewelry free of charge!
They will also check your diamonds if they are loose free of charge!
They design and custom build jewlery to the customer's needs.
They will order diamond and other precious stones for you to look at and choose from, if you don't like any thats fine you are not obligated to purchase anything!
Lots of people have journeyed from far away just to custom build their engagement rings and anniversary gifts.
This place in a hidden gem and you need to visit them!
They are very friendly and honest people!!
You won't get disappointed here, trust me!
Their prices are very reasonable and the diamonds are high quality.
Even if you can't pay the whole amount you can add diamonds 1 at a time every year untill you get your perfect ring, they will try to help as much as they can!

My husband watch band needed repair..they didnot have the band..We ordered from Amazon and the salesman put the band on for free...such great customer care there.
