Don't do business with this establishment. I brought a Ring 2400.00 and had it sent out to be sized. I was told to come back this Thursday..they ran a scam on me. They gave me another Ring smaller than the one I brought. I called the police today the 8th.. September nothing they could do... don't do business with this establishment. Please don't let them send it out to be sized. The old lady and her husband are scam gypsy

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!! My boyfriend bought me a bracelet for valentines, the very next day it broke we brought it in to get it repaired. We was told by the manager that’ll she would cover the repair up to 45 dollars and anything else we’ll pay the rest. Finally took 3 months to get it back, when we got there, they told us we had to pay 69 plus tax. When we tried to talk to her about it she kept avoiding the fact that she told us she’ll cover the 45 dollars that day. This lady went against her word and was very rude about it even told me not to talk while she was talking BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHEAP MATERIAL DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !

Awful. My mother bought me a sapphire anklet here from my something blue and not even a month later the anklet broke off while I was wearing it. I contacted them explaining the situation and how much it meant for me to get another one. The lady said she would have to look and see and get back with me. She was very sweet. A month past and I go up to the store and asked the lady about it. She got very rude with me saying that my mother did not buy it for the price I said and that I was lying and it would cost a lot more to order a new one. She said that I wasn’t there during the transaction so I do not know what happened. so I asked if she was there during the sale and she said no. But then she would say she was there when I know she wasn’t. Horrible customer service. I was even willing to pay for a new one because it was sentimental to me even though their product broke off my ankle. Rude. Do not go here.

I bought a Tom Ford perfume from them and it turned out to be fake, I paid $150+ for it and it’s not returnable on top of it. Their products come from a Third World country like India and they know the products are fake but they are trying to make
money by deception. For everyone out there do not buy anything from them because everything in this store is fake, overpriced and non-returnable. I will be taking further action against them.

Ripped off! Bought cologne there yesterday and later to discover it is sold significantly cheaper else where. Always look for the retail price online and other places before buying supposedly high end items!!! Now I feel robbed because I can't return items due to COVID-19 as that is what's on the receipt. NEVER BUYING FROM YOU ALL AGAIN!! AND I AM REPORT ING YOU!!

In the event that you want to be conned, this is the place to go. Although I was assured it was "solid genuine white gold," it was not. I discovered that it is plated the same day and attempted to return it. They, of course, answered "no." They weren't even white sapphires. Once i had taken it to get appraised i was told I paid 80% more than it is worth.
Also they own the silver booth across from them and the gold booth on the other part of the mall.

I purchased a set of earrings the same day of purchase all the stones came out and I received attitude about an exchange..Never again horrible customer service

Horrible experience I was sold something that I was told was really jewelry and when I went to take it back the owner screamed and said he never sold it to me very disappointed in this store they are a scam
