Brown's Seafood

Visited Brown's Seafood on a recent trip to GA. The fish is always fresh! Fried shrimp was great! My husband and I both enjoyed our meals. Never disappointed when we go to Brown's. Brown's is a little family owned restaurant and fish market. Nothing fancy at all. But good food!

Brown’s Seafood in Ashburn, Ga was delicious! We had the large pick-two plates with perch and shrimp. My husband’s sides were slaw and baked beans and I chose slaw and sweet potato fries. It was all fresh, hot and delicious! The people were friendly. This was our first time; but, we’ll definitely be back!

I found the food to be fresh,prepared well. Had shrimp,clam strips,fried Okra and potatoe salad. With sweet tea. All was excellent. My wife had mullet and clam strips. She loved hers as well.

Everytime I go here, It feels like home. The staff makes me feel just like family. They are just some of the sweetest people. Friday after getting off from work, I had a taste for some seafood, so I ordered a seafood platter, and it was ummm ummm good. So good, I'm ready for some more. I highly recommend this place. They sell fresh seafood, and also cook to order so you'll get it fresh and hot. To me, they have the best coleslaw in town. They also serve lunch. Go check them out. You won't regret it. Prices and menu are subject to change.

Traveling north on I75, the skies went dark as night, and we got a tornado warning. We immediately decided to seek supper right away!
Very glad we found Brown’s! The food was fresh and fabulous. It felt like I stopped off at a friend’s place.

My Hometown it's been over 10yrs since I've been to Ole Brown's, fish still on point me and Paw-in-Law he wanted to try it never had,we smashed them catfish plates 😅

Super good seafood to be located in lil ol Ashburn Ga

Needed more waitresses. One was not enough for the large volume of customers.

After long trip to Macon stopped in on the way home for dinner. Had a fairly ling wait for our order due to mixup in kitchen. Staff would not let us pay for our meal when we were ready to go.Super nice staff and even though they were shorthanded took great care of their customers. Oh the food was also off the chain!

First time eating here and the food was delicious. We will definitely make this one of our regular spots

I love the small town atmosphere it had great people,great food as we are here visiting from Michigan I would highly recommend it

They get 5 stars for exceptional friendliness and checking back to ensure the food is to our liking. They aim to please with a welcoming southern accent. Enjoyed.

Got the lunch special of fried chicken, rice with gravy and butter beans. It was great, especially the crust on the fried chicken! Just had shrimp and mullet tonight and it was off the hook! Great place for supper on Friday night!

food was great and the staff was very friendly and the time it took them to prepare it wasn't a very long wait If you love fish and a great dine in and very friendly staff then this is the place you want to come and eat at Brown's seafood

the best combinations for sea food.. red snapper was lip smacking good. home style atmosphere.

The very best mullet/backbone of all the places I have eaten including home cooked. They nailed it! Moderately priced! I chose the small plate and glad I did. I really don't know of any other place one can order just backbone! Try them you like um!

Delicious food! Popular place with lots of loyal customers. If u call ahead of time, it's a quick in & out for pick up orders. Place is clean from what I've seen. And I love that u can fine in, pick up & go, or u can by raw fish and do it urself. Now that is a one stop shop! They have all kinds of fish,& other seafood to boot. They got some of anything seafood wise u can think of & very affordable! U need to try it if u live in or near Ashburn,Ga.
