I enjoy CruzinWaiter , They are very professional and courteous! I've never had any problems with any of the driver's! They all have been on time.Very kind and friendly service! We use CruzinWaiter ALL THE TIME! I prefer to use a local service over others. The variety of restaurants is pretty good. Most times my order is delivered before the time I'm quoted. I love being able to track where my order is. Also, you receive promo codes if you sign up for text messages! What's not to love?! Thanks, team!

CruzinWaiter is by far the BEST food delivery service out there. I always place my order on their app and it ALWAYS arrives before the scheduled time. You will get a text during every step of your order from the time the order is picked up from the restaurant, what time they leave the restaurant, or if there is any delay along the way. I also love that if you sign up for their text alerts you get coupon codes. If you aren’t using cruzinwaiter, you’re missing out.

I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know about the excellent service I had this evening. I'm a frequent customer (almost daily) and the driver that delivered my order (Scott) went above and beyond with his service. Upon delivering my order he returned to his vehicle and noticed a minor request I had on my order for the restaurant that they left out. Unprompted and unrequested he returned to the restaurant to pick up the missing item requested and contacted me as he was pulling in my drive way to let me know he was at my house. He was very polite and apologized for not catching it prior to my delivery. I just wanted to let everyone know about the excellent employees and customer service. I like to provide positive feedback when I have it. It's the attention to detail and great service that keeps me a loyal customer. Keep up the great work!

We use this service all the time! Sign up for the text alerts and save $$. The owner is wonderful and if we ever have an issue we know we can talk to an actual human, rather than other app delivery services there is no one to help. Drivers are great and food always arrives within the time frame given.

Never had a problem with this service. Even when food was going to be late, I was called and notified.

Also Keith is a moron for expecting someone to stop and talk to with him in the middle of their job. I mean the guy has food to deliver, not time to sit there and have a conversation and answer all your questions.

Food always gets here in a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes the order isn't right, sometimes the wait time is a little long, but you'll always have times when you sit down in an actual restaurant and receive wrong orders and long wait times. Don't be concerned about all the negative reviews. And fyi, if you're ordering anything, order directly from CruzinWaiter's website. My experience has been that grubhub and cityspree aren't updated correctly all the time. Plus it's cheaper from CruzinWaiter's website. Just do both and see the price difference for delivery fees

Always arrived within the time arrival or earlier than said! Food was hot and everything ordered was there! Their drivers are great and call/ text you when they pick up food and are about to arrive. Great service here in Valdosta !

I am a usual customer with Cruzin Waiter. On one occasion I did have a longer wait time for my food than normal but I received great customer service to correct the issue. I've never had any other issue with Cruzin Waiter. The food gets to you nice and hot, the wait time is reasonable, and you can always customize your order. Thank Cruzin Waiter!

I worked in the school system for ten years. The staff and faculties of the VCS system used Cruizin Waiter of Valdosta almost if not every Friday! I never heard any complaints from anyone! The drivers were friendly (some were very funny), they were on time, and the choice of restaurants was different! We had a wide variety of tastes and it was fun being able to choose which restaurant we wanted food from from week to week. Can’t beat the cost either! I highly recommend them! 👍👍👍👍👍

CruzinWaiter was great! Customer service is top notch and the food quality was amazing! If you are in town and don't want to get out of the house or hotel they are the perfect option to feed the family!

Placed my order, was told my order would take about an hour and 30mins. It was maybe an hour hot and fresh, my order was correct and they kept me updated with my status. Will use again

Never had any issues with the service. People think it's like fast food but it's not, you will have to wait for your food but the wait time is reasonable. Always been happy with their services!
