My experience with Whitney was wonderful. She was very professional and was very good at what she was doing. She explained things to me and helped me set my new phone up without any problems. I will definitely use your store and customer service again should I need further help in the future.

Easily the best and quickest trip to get a phone I've ever had. In and out in around 15 min, including activation on my current number. If you want more help, like transferring your old info to your new one, they offer it, but that wasn't what I needed. I wish every trip was this easy. Leslie was amazing.

After unsuccessfully trying to visit the corporate Verizon store, we were told about the Russell Cellular Verizon store. A completely different experience! Friendly staff, easy to work with, and fast. Hannah was excellent. She didn’t try to sell us a bunch of things—she could tell we knew what we needed and simply assisted us. She also pointed us to saving additional money. We’re very pleased with this location and we’ll be back!

Leslie Sumner is an outstanding employee! it is hard presently to find one with his knowledge, patience, & Personality! He is so kind to Seniors, (s Dr. with 2 Exchange Students, and to anyone coming into a that store! I witnessed that in 4 visits to the store B4 buying my iPhone 13!-

Whitney was so helpful to me and my daughter's. she actually had the phone i was thinking about myself and was able to show me the things she really liked about it which sold me, and she helped set it up. plus she got my daughters and me the best deals she possibly could. She was so helpful and patient.

I came to this store after the corporate Verizon store said they were unable to help me. My iPhone was damaged and I needed a replacement ASAP. Mr. Leslie was a TREMENDOUS help to us. He took the time to help us get everything situated on my new phone and answered all our questions. We will definitely be using this store the next time we need to upgrade our phones.

I picked up a pre order phone today, and while I had to wait I was amazed at how quickly efficiently and safely the staff at this store helped its customers. Whitney and Cole helped me today. They were both very friendly and helpful with setting me up with my new phone, as well as answered all my questions. Great experience at Verizon today.

Whitney was very professional & knowledgeable about the products she sells. Also very helpful with the installation of tempered glass on our 12 & 12 Pro iPhones, plus explaining the lifetime warranty contract.
