Run Fit , McDonough was amazing. When we walked in the store Noah immediately asked how he could help. He put me on the machine to show me information on my feet. He also asked me to walk thru the store to see what shoes were the best fit for my feet. He was so attentive to our needs and fit. I personally like bright colors so he was able to accommodate me with both. He had to order 2 pairs of the Brooks for me and my husband but I walked out with this amazing pair. Love them. Thank you Noah for taking great care of your customers. We left out with 3 pair. Go in and ask for Noah... amazing young man!!!

This place was absolutely amazing! I had already done quite a bit of research on the best shoes for my feet and my particular health concerns but wanted to try in store instead of just ordering online. From the moment I walked through the door I felt important and that matters when you're spending top dollar on shoes. Your feet matter and having the correct shoes are vital. They immediately picked the exact two shoes that I had already researched, had me walk through the store without shoes to detect my gait, and determined just what I needed. I tried both shoes and picked which pair was the most comfortable. My feet have never felt better. Best store ever!!!

I don't typically give reviews just because I don't ever think about it. However, I have to today. I will first talk about the company and my experience. I first went there a couple months ago and purchased a pair of shoes and I wore them a ​couple weeks with and without inserts and they just didn't work for me. I have feet issues and stand all day at a hospital and it's hard to find the right shoes. I won't say the brand because they make work for you and I don't want to give a review on the shoes. I went to return them and was given a store card with the amount I spent. Which is the first awesome thing about this store! You have a certain amount of days to try the shoes and you are able to bring them back and try a different pair. You can't do that just any where and I appreciate that I was able to try them at work for awhile to see if they were right for me. I went back today and tried on a few more different pairs and found another pair that I hope will be perfect for me. This time I will say I bought the Hoka bondi 7. They feel like clouds on my feet. Hopefully they will work. But, once again I can return them and try again if they don't work. As long as you don't take advantage of it and keep returning pair after pair.
****The main thing I wanted to talk about referring to this specific store is the man that helped me named Kellen. He is amazing!! Not only does he provide incredible customer service in person and over the phone he knows his stuff! He has helped me in person both times and over the phone and he is incredibly friendly, patient, informative and just knows all about shoes and does his best to find you the proper shoe you need for the foot issues you have or for the walking/running/standing shoes you need. Every place of business needs a Kellen!

Got a pair of Brooks. Was the best customer service I have ever had. The salesman stayed with me to try on 5 different pairs of shoes. Making sure I was completely happy with my purchase. One year later they are still the best wearing pair of shoes I own. (Even though they don't look new anymore)

I went to Run Fit today with a friend of mine who ankle was swollen bad from working on concrete continuously at work for the past few weeks. Kelen is amazing and knowledgeable on any question you may have. His suggestion is shoes is second to none. He was able to give my friend multiple options to pick support for my friend issues. While giving us those options, he went ahead and helped multiple customers that came in while only being in the store by himself. In the end of the visit, my friend was so pleased with the option of the shoes along with the inserts he received, he walked out the store with it on. I would highly suggest and recommend for anyone that has issues of inflammation within their foot or ankle!

Little story first.
I had a kidney transplant in September 2020. For a year before my transplant, I wasn't able to exercise. But before then I was an avid hiker and was working my way towards a 100 mile appalachian solo hike.
4 months after transplant, I have made the decision to get back out walking and building myself back up, but I didn't have any good walking/running shoes. Only tall hiking boots.

Additionally, I have very wide, very flat feet, so finding exercise/athletic shoes is already very difficult for me.
I found this store online after having been suggested to look into a pair of Brooks shoes by some similarly flat footed friends.
I made the trip over, and found some great customer service to complement selection. Unfortunately, there didn't seem to be a pair wide enough for me in store that day, so the guy actually ordered several pair in extra wide width to have in stock when I came back. A week later, he calls and says that the shoes are in and that I can come back to see what the options are.
I left with a new pair of Brooks Beast in 4E width.

I will be coming back for more.

Kellen was absolutely the best show sales person I have ever encountered. He came highly recommended by many of my personal clients and now I see why! I asked for a stack of his business cards to be able to continue referring my gym members to him! He is very knowledgeable but not at pushy! I love the fact that he knows the shoes because he has worn all of them. Experience with a product is what will sell me nine times out of ten. Thanks Kellen!!

Staff is very friendly. Reasonable prices. My shoes that I originally bought were a little off in fit and they exchanged them, while giving me tips on which shoes may be better for my needs. Highly recommended!

The associates were very friendly and knowledgable they took their time, after taking scan of my feet explained which shoes would give the most support and why. Explaining how the shoe is made and how part of the shoe effect my feet.

Excellent sales rep today, recommended the Brooks adrenaline 18s and they are so comfortable. Great place to start if you are having pain with back, they helped me understand that I have collapsed arches and I over pronate and recommended the shoes thay can compensate for this. Second pair from these guys and I know that it won't be the last! Thanks Run Fit Sports!!

I had the pleasure of visiting the store in Henry County for the second time. I had a great experience both times. The Sales Associates were both knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this store for your athletic footwear
