Our one on one experience has been Luke warm BUT I had the need of renting an additional unit when all the employees at the site were gone. It was an emergency. I was able to get to someone in sales and they provided us with a code and an additional indoor locker on the spot. Whew! Signed, So happy

I always have the best experience at this location. The management team is fantastic because they keep the place spotless, bathrooms clean, very smooth check in for storage needs and compared to where I came from at CubeSmart this is the Taj Mahal. Truly, I am impressed by the extra care they take!

I was trying to find the cheapest storage place for a couple of months and I had just come from a Public Storage that doesn’t even have an office any more, just a kiosk! So weird!

This location was better for me so the couple of dollars more a month was well worth it!

So far experience has been great. Desean (facility manager) has been super communicative and willing to assist with information and make sure we were getting the storage unit we needed. Highly recommend, we’re happy we chose this extra space storage facility.

Had a great experience when I went into extra storage where I was greeted by a friendly Dashaun. He was very patient and very kind and explained every thing very eloquently. I would definitely recommend this location!

Making arrangements and obtaining all information pertaining to renting was simple and quick. Dashaun was courteous and pleasant to deal with. The front office space was extremely clean. We feel good about storing our stuff at ExtraSpace.

This location of Extra Space Storage has truly became my favorite. My family and I were debating on storage units as we are awaiting on our house to be built. Coming across this company and this location in particular was quite warming to us. The price is very reasonable along with the hospitality of customer service. The store manager Dashaun, was one who went over and above for us. He ensured that we got just not any unit but one that is comfort for us and our family’s belongings. He was patient and very complimentary to our request. I highly recommend this company and this location as it’s one phenomenal place. The teamwork there is what’s called a family and that is something we were well rounded about. Great job!
