Watkins funeral home did a outstanding job with my father. I actually have a friend that works there name Donzell, him and his team made us feel loved and was very understanding of our loss. This funeral home did a fantastic job with my friend's homegoing service Lachunda Vaughn. The presentation was impeccable. I originally joined the zoom video call as I thought I would not arrive on time for the service. However, I decided to go ahead and travel to the funeral home, and to my surprise, the service hadn't started. The funeral home staff was very sympathetic and waiting patiently in the lobby, awaiting the arrival of all the family members, which is something I have never seen done before. After the service was delayed 40 minutes, a repast was still held in the parking lot for us, and they even helped break down equipment in the rain so that we wouldn't have to. I would recommend this funeral home to all my loved ones and friends as the professionalism was unmatched despite all the challenges that were faced.
