Don White Memorial Park

Wonderful place to kayak!! Had a great time. this is a good place to put in & i get out at azalea park. About an hour of kayaking if you go at a leisurely pace. lovely.

A broad immaculately, serene area full of vivacious activity, a deck which over-looks the lake and an awning portion for grilling & entertainment.

A lovely place in which a fair amount of hobbies can be enjoyed, even if simply to read or recline. I propose you arrange a small to explore this location; you won't be sorry

Great park and walking/bike riding trail.
Lovely view, very clean, and enough parking.
Lots of road noise but that can't be help that can't be helped I haven't been here in a very long time and forgot how much I love this area.
Roswell has done a great job with park development.

Beautiful park in Roswell. You can enjoy chilling here. Also, you can rent a kayak, tube, paddle boat and enjoy the water.
One of the best place in Roswell to enjoy the nature. There is a trail, BBQ grill and kids park as well.

Although the park closes after sunset but I planning to come here for Stargazing.

Additional maintenance has been added recently to make paths even better.

What a great place to launch a kayak in the Chattahoochee River. They also have 2 great Volleyball courts and some workout equipment.

Nice park! I love tubing and canoeing down the Chattahoochee River.

We picnic and grilled by the river. A lot of construction in the area. Once it’s done, it will be very nice!

Very fun.
Many activities from kayaking to hiking.
Only thing is the pesky mosquitos. So bring your Anti-Mosquito pray!

This wide open space is perfect for getting some fresh air! Its not too crowded and there is another side with lots of green space, places to grill, several wide open spaces, playground equipment ( which seemed to be in use despite COVID), outdoor workout equipment which was definitely in use ,if only by my kid lol, and previously they have had some conssessions like ice cream and pop! Its sits right on the river and consist of several trials amd places to breath in some fresh air and take in some beautiful scenery!

During our scroll through Don White Memorial Park we were fortunate and happy to see a wildlife hawk.

A pier to fish for rainbow trout! Plenty of space to play as well.

Nice park and recreation area. They have a kayak, canoe and tube rental place there. Would definitely recommend for these fun activities. It can become crowded some times. There is ample parking.

Small park with parking, shelter, grills, 2 beach volleyball courts, a dock & exercise equipment all on the paved walk/ bike path.

I love this park! This is where my boyfriend and I get on the river to kayak. Always clean and everyone is just having a great time! Parking on weekends might be a little harder, but that's normal.

Great park for access to the river and the walking/biking trails alongside it. Large gravel parking lot with some shade. 2 volleyball courts, picnic tables, pavilion, and bathroom. This is also one of the put in points for shoot the hooch.

I have use this park to float down the river in tubes, about a 2 hour float down to Azalea park. Small dock for fishing, can catch trout in good weather.

Beautiful park on the banks of Chattahoochee river!! They have 2 beach volleyball courts and a picnic area with well maintained restrooms. They also have a trial running around the river!!

I did the Out & Back kyaking and it was a great experience! It was my first time and I went by myself but signing in and getting in the water was a breeze and all the staff were helpful. From here on out, kyaking will be a regular sport for me and my family.
