Rooms To Go

First off greeted by a wonderful salesperson named Hope who was warm and friendly from start to finish. She helped us find the perfect recliner couch set and it was on sale for a good price. She was extremely thorough in reviewing the protection plan and made sure we understood the terms. We had questions about adding a cordless power source so she called her manager Tiffany over to make sure she was giving us accurate info. Tiffany was just as willing to make sure we made the right purchase. She went so far as to lift and check under the sofa to verify which type to use. Both of these wonderful women really went above and beyond to ensure we would be happy with our purchase and there was no pressure to buy. They are stellar employees! P.S. the store offers a great variety of options, we will definitely be back.

Our most recent Rooms to Go experience was outstanding. Mr Foster Smith III is a true professional. He expertly guided us through the purchase, displaying depth of technical knowledge along with down to Earth practicality. We are long time customers, so we've engaged several sales managers and agents. In my opinion the sale representative makes a significant difference (your needs, purchasing options, etc.). Foster is the best in the business. The products are great in terms of functionality and appearance.

My Son and I was so pleased with the service We received from ROOMS TO GO. Foster was Amazing! He is very Knowledgeable in Mattresses. My Son recently suffered a back injury and we needed a Mattress that would help him in his recovery. Foster went above and beyond to help my Son find the perfect mattress for him. Not only did he do this, he took the time to pass down his Expertise on what’s needed for someone who deals with injures. Went into the McDonough location and Mr. Miller helped me with my order. He was very friendly and informative without being pushy. Ordering process was smooth and delivery was even smoother. The sofa I ordered was on back order, but ended up being back in stock earlier than expected! I received my delivery 1 week earlier than planned and the delivery team was awesome. They arrived a few minutes before my delivery window and it only took them about 10 minutes to set up. Great experience all around, awesome job Rooms to Go!

Brittany Underwood and I made such a connection that even though I had to go to another store to look at what I wanted I called her to order. This is the first new couch I have had in 20 years and I love it. She handled everything pleasantly and professionally. The couch and chair that made me happy is “Cindy Crawford beachside walk”and even if people might think it’s silly for an 82 year old to purchase it for her birthday I absolutely love it and glad I bought it and glad I met Brittany!

This was both mine and my partner’s first time financing furniture. When we came in we didn’t know what we wanted. That’s when we met Mary. Mary gave completely unbiased and super professional advice. She also is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to even the tiny details regarding furniture. My first time going there and they where really nice and Ms Hope H was amazing helped us with everything we needed. Wonderful experience, she stayed pass the time just to help us out and it was pass the time and she explained everything with so much patient and showed us everything and explained everything with no hesitation. We went to Rooms To Go in McDonough on a Thursday to look for livingroom furniture. We were greeted by Brittany. I liked her right away because she allowed us to browse without breathing down our necks. We found a set we liked, found Brittany, and asked her several questions. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We told her we would be back on Monday after we thought it over. We went back on Monday to purchase the furniture. The whole experience was more than I could have asked for in making a purchase. It was the smoothest and easiest purchase I have ever made! If you need any furniture please go see Brittany.
